Amazing oasis embraced by two beautiful bodies of water. Peaceful, with one community swimming pool & free parking. The beautiful white sandy beach is only a 5 minute walk out of the front door, & a 5 minute walk to our serene intracoastal out of the back door. Enjoy them both for a spectacular sunrise or sunset.

The condo is also conveniently located close to historic downtown St. Augustine, it's only a 15 minute drive. St Augustine is full of history, great restaurants, shops, and nightlife.

It has many new upgrades including: paint, flooring, granite countertops, window treatments including room darkening in the bedrooms, bathrooms, furniture, keyless self check-in, large flat screen tv's in all living and bedrooms, USB outlets throughout the condo for your devices, along with wireless Qi charging pads, and so much more! Bring your electronics, because the condo also has WiFi, and YouTube Tv.

From the moment you enter, you will enjoy the beautifully designed coastal chic décor throughout. The living room is super cozy and comfortable. Enjoy all the comforts of home after a busy day at the beach or on the road.

Whether you're planning on doing some home cooking or eating out every meal, our kitchen has everything you should need to prepare a meal. All the cookware, utensils, and dishes enable you to do as much or as little cooking as you like. The breakfast nook table accommodates four people, for enjoying your meals. The condo has a full size fridge with icemaker, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and coffee bar station with two Keurig coffee makers. Perfect for longer term stays.

The owners suite boasts a king-size bed with plenty of closet space, and full en-suite bath with walk-in tub/shower.

The large second bedroom has two queen beds, with plenty of closet space. Has a bathroom equipped with bathtub/shower combination, that's conveniently located near the bedroom.

Don’t worry about taking the dirty laundry home with you, our condo also features a front loader style washer and dryer.

Free parking. One reserved parking spot, and lots of additional free guest parking.

Exceeded Expectations!

We loved our stay, enjoyed the amenities, and appreciated the extra touches. The condo was super clean, well stocked, and decorated nicely. 10/10 would stay here again and recommend it to everyone.

Lovely Place - Perfect Host

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were in Florida for 2 weeks and stayed in 7 different locations to visit Friends and Family spread all over the state. Our stay here greatly exceeded every other location. The place had everything we needed (from a magnified make-up mirror to Q-tips) and was charming / comfortable too. I can't list all the wonderful little details. Here's a few: texting us the times for sunrise / sunset and the best places to see them, a lovely welcoming note with treats, detailed labels throughout the house, making sure we had all the basic essentials - none of the other places we stayed at provided dish soap, paper towels, etc. Don't let the lack of reviews for this property on VRBO fool you. There are tons of positive reviews on another rental booking site. I wanted to make sure the VRBO users knew what this location offered. A small part of me wanted to keep this gem to myself, but that wouldn't be fair to our Perfect Host - Felicia. She went above and beyond her role helping me resolve an issue with my initial reservation. The issue was my mistake with a different booking website - that wasn't helpful. She made sure I was taking care of by contacting the other website and keeping in contact with me. I have to mention that Felicia was helping me from 10 PM to midnight. Our communication continued into the next day and finally all was resolved. Like I said before "Above and Beyond" Felicia's attention to detail from the beginning to the end was very much appreciated. I wish her and her family health and happiness. I hope that anyone who stays at this property appreciates what it has to offer and takes care of it during their stay. We all should appreciate what it takes to open your home to strangers. We should never take advantage of those who go "Above and Beyond". They are the exception, not the rule.

My husband and I have lived in Florida our entire lives. We live in the greater Tampa Bay area. We visited St. Augustine in 2020, and loved it so much, that we decided to purchase a vacation home there! We love to travel, and enjoy meeting new people. We are excited to bring you a clean, comfortable, and more personal alternative to the standard hotel room. We hope you fall in love with our magical island too!

Why they chose this property

We love this property because it's so close to the beach and the intracoastal. Its the best of both worlds. The people of St. Augustine are very nice people, it's a family friendly city. Additionally, it's so centrally located to everything that you need. We enjoy being able to just simply walk to local restaurants for lunch and dinner. There is also a little ice cream parlor within walking distance too (our personal favorite!)

What makes this property unique

Our community is very nice and quite, there are only 19 units within the complex. Well positioned to the beach and intracoastal. Excellent parking, and the neighbors are very friendly.
