- 1 bathroom with bath and washbasin unit, mirror;
- 1 separate WC with washbasin;
- 1 beautiful terrace with uninterrupted views.

The flat also has a large terrace equipped with a dining table, chairs, deckchairs, sun loungers and parasol... Everything you need to make the most of it.
It also has a second terrace with uninterrupted views, which opens onto one of the bedrooms.
