Stone house in a small and ancient village on a hill (350 m above sea level) surrounded by large forests.
View over the hills to the sea. Small garden with arbor, slide and swing for children next to the house and swimming pool with panoramic view exclusively behind the owner's house 20 m away.
3 km separate you from a grocery store, 9 km to stores of all kinds. The sea is 19 km from the house and it is 100 km to Florence.
3 km from the accommodation is a horse stable with the possibility of beautiful rides in the surrounding hills.
Access via a 120 m long road that can not be driven by car.
Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate in 2025. Up to one pet is allowed. Outdoor private pool on site is open May - end September.
