The most beautiful view ever for your perfect holiday!

Great Location! Cosy villa with an immaculate view of the sea and Cap Ferrat. On two floors, two new kitchens, two bathrooms, two bedrooms plus another living-/bedroom. Private pool and only 13 min walk to the sea.

The villa consists of two not directly connected apartments. The top floor apartment is the bigger one. It has a bedroom, a kitchen room, one bathroom and a big living room with dinner table and lounge area. As well there is the amazing terrace.

The smaller apartment below has a bedroom and a living room with a fully functioning kitchen. As the big living room and lounge area on the top floor apartment might be used most the living room in the small apartment has been equipped with a sleeping sofa. All rooms there are directed to the pool and the sea which means they have as well a stunning view.

Èze bord de mer

We loved our stay in Èze. The villa was very well presented and comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the breathtaking view from the two terraces and the calm surrounding it. The pool even though not very large provided a pleasant cooler to the hot sun. The location is within a short car journey to Beaulieu, Cap Ferrat. Èze village and Monaco, so there is plenty to do. The host was very helpful and available throughout the period.

Beautiful Ezé

Marco's home in Eze is a clean, modest, comfortable property that is well equipped with modern amenities. It is set up as a duplex with two individual one-bed / one-bath apartments on separate floors that are connected by an outdoor staircase and share the unheated swimming pool and laundry area. The location is not really walkable to shopping and train areas, so a car is necessary. Parking is available only on the street; the garage was not available for our use. Grocery delivery is available from U Shop and Carrefour but not Amazon (although there is an Amazon locker at the train station). Marco was a gracious host with excellent recommendations for nearby attractions. We would rent this space again.

Sehr schönes Objekt. Einziger kleiner Wermutstropfen: die Restaurants in Eze Bord-de-Mer sollten im Voraus gebucht werden, kurzfristig sind selten Plätze verfügbar. Alternative: mit dem Zug in die Nachbarorte fahren.

Beau séjour villa à Ezes

Villa très agréable bien entretenue, Le Propriétaire a su rester disponible durant le séjour. cependant quelques points à améliorer : il manque certains ustensiles dans la cuisine au vu du nombre de personne y séjournant ainsi que des draps de rechange , la villa accueille 6 personnes comme indiqué sur l annonce or les installations extérieures sont pour 4 personnes

Une maison de rêve avec une vue de rêve !

La maison surplombe la baie de Eze avec une vue jusqu'au Cap Ferrat, un enchantement pour les yeux ! Les 2 terrasses offrent un panorama incroyable sur la mer et les paysages. La maison est très spacieuse et parfaitement rénovée. Les 2 étages sont confortablement aménagés et très propres. Tout le matériel nécessaire à un séjour génial se trouve sur place. La climatisation et les aménagements de la maison sont de bonne qualité. La piscine de la propriété est très appréciable et la situation de la maison permet d'accéder à la mer très rapidement, à pied ou en voiture. Enfin, le propriétaire Marco a été prévenant et attentif de la préparation de notre séjour à notre arrivée sur place. Nous avons déjà hâte d'y retourner !

Best place ever

The house was just wonderful. The view from the balcony and terrace was amazing, Eze very charming, the beaches great, restaurants delicious. The owner of the house, Marco, was also extremely helpful. We’ll go back for sure.
