Newly renovated and charming home in the NorthFork, a short walk to the village of Greenport, vineyards, and the breathtaking 67 Steps beach, among other local attractions. Spend an afternoon or evening entertaining your friends at the home's outdoor oasis complete with a year-round hot tub.

The home features two bedrooms with queen beds. There is also an air mattress / rollaway twin bed if needed.

Nice home in a convenient~ area

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and Adam was a communicative and responsive home. The location is really convenient and close to anything we wanted to do.

Great House, Yard, and close to everything!

We loved our stay here. Such a nice house and it was so close to Greenport’d downtown, beaches, and the Shelter Island Ferry. The back yard was such a great place for the kids too!

Lovely for a long weekend in Greenport

This property was well equipped for our family of three (including a five year old). Kitchen is fully stocked with lots of dishes and tools, as well as spices and basics. Linens and towels were available and plentiful. Beds were comfy. Good access to Greenport central and easy access for excursions nearby.

Lovely and Cozy!

I imagine this spot is a popular one in the summer with its hot tub, nice outdoor space, and proximity to town, beaches, and wineries, but even in December, it proved the perfect cozy spot for a weekend trip. I was worried about privacy in the backyard with close by neighbors, but the layout and landscaping are perfect to keep the hot tub very private. The owner Adam was also very communicative and helpful throughout the process. Would love to come back someday and see the place in the warmer months!

Anniversary getaway

We had a fantastic time staying in Greenport. Adams house was very comfortable and close to town. We went wine tasting and ate fantastic food, shopped around town, and enjoyed the beaches. Would definitely recommend a stay for a long weekend! Just enough to do without sacrificing time to relax.

Beautiful place, great location

We loved our stay in Greenport for a long weekend! The back yard is undersold in the photos. It’s a gorgeous oasis and great place to relax, the hot tub was amazing. Adam was very responsive and made sure we got in okay and didn’t have any issues. We are already planning our next trip back!

Outdoor oasis

This property has everything you need to visit and enjoy the north fork. Great location, proximity to Greenport, groceries, and wineries. The house is fully equipped and very comfortable. The backyard was amazing, only wish we were able to enjoy it in warmer weather...but the hot tub warmed us up :) Highly recommend.

North fork getaway

Adams property is a great place to explore the north fork, very close to Greenport and the wineries. Clean, comfortable and very well equipped. A lovely deck area for eating and grilling, plus a hot tub. Excellent property in a quiet area. Highly recommend.

Perfect place for our weekend getaway

A friend & I stayed at Adam's place for a short weekend away from the city in the off-season. The place was exactly as described and everything that we needed - especially the Hot Tub! Perfect on a chilly evening ;) Adam was a delight to communicate with and very accommodating when we had an unexpected issue arise. I would 100% go back!

Great Stay in Greenport!

Just returned from a great stay at Adam's place in Greenport! Everything was exactly as described and the house was very clean and comfortable. Adam was very friendly and great to deal. The entire house was great but as noted in earlier reviews, the deck/outdoor space was the highlight! Adam also had bikes available which made for a quick and easy ride into town. Felt more like staying at a friend's house than a rental. Had a great couple of days and would definitely return.

Second time

This was my second time renting from Adam. The house is in such a great location, the back porch is amazing and I love a hot tub. The new addition to the downstairs allowed us to have more people this time which was great. Adam is a great host, very responsive and checking in/out is super simple.

Perfection Location for Your Northfork Vacation

We had such a great week at Adam’s house! The house is in walking distance to so many great restaurants & shops in the village of Greenport, only 10 minutes from the town of Southold and more great restaurants and shops, minutes from the Shelter Island ferry and close to so many great wineries! The house itself is clean, comfortable - might be the most comfortable beds of any rental I’ve ever had - with an amazing backyard & deck! Adam was so responsive and so fast to resolve an issue we had with the grill and to answer any questions we had! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Wine country escape

The property was ideal for those seeking a quiet, comfortable getaway stay. Kitchen is well-stocked and perfect for those wanting to stay and prepare their own meals. The beds are high-quality and the hot tub clean and well-maintained. The living-room sofa was a little uncomfortable sitting and watching TV. Adam was available and more than willing to provide information. Greenport is a quiet little seaside community.

Excellent home!

I took my boyfriend here for his birthday weekend. The home was incredible and so was the host! It was cozy, fully stocked, and clean! We loved the hot tub, and the proximity to town was perfect. Adam was a great host and answered all my questions leading up to the trip quickly and throughly. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it for your trip to greenport.

Fantastic house

We loved our stay here. Adam was very responsive to any questions and provided great information/instructions about the house. It is in a perfect location to downtown Greenport, in the summer you could definitely walk it. The backyard area is gorgeous including a large table and grill area. We loved the hot tub during the cooler fall nights. Highly recommend.

Perfect Getaway on the North Fork!

The house has everything you need, especially if you like to cook. Kitchen is stocked with all the utensils and cookware you can imagine and Adam has a sound system that works in every room including outdoors! Wonderful landscaping and awesome BBQ. The house is close to town and all the local beaches. Adam is quick to respond to any questions you may have about the area, the house etc. Easy vacation for the world weary!

Perfect North Fork Getaway

Adam's house was a wonderful place for our weeklong family vacation in Greenport! We took our bikes and enjoyed the short ride into town and to 67 Steps beach. The house is comfortable and the deck and backyard were a great place to hang out and host a few friends.
