Nice clean trailer with WiFi and A/C and a bunch of tiny windows and roof vents you can open to get ventilation if you don’t want to use the A/C. I was there in August, so I can’t say how you’d fare in February.
The setting was lovely, the old graveyard down the road fascinating, the hiking trail and meadow renewing. The camper had everything we needed but the bed was not comfortable for the second person. We looked at the other two bigger trailers on the property which had separate bedrooms and bigger beds and decided we'll go for those next time. Can't beat the price near Chautauqua!
It was a nice camper. The couch didn't pull out smoothly, easily or flat. But for just me it was fine. It was quite. I basically just slept there, so was unaware of how appliance worked.
Had a great time, unfortunately it rained the entire time we were there but the Rv was very clean and the host was amazing. We will definitely come visit again.
Loved this stay. woodsy grounds, great amenities in the camper, shower, bathroom, full kitchen with some kitchen supplies, comfortable mattress, country surroundings, nice fire pit (bring your own wood), gas grill, small deck with picnic table and one extra chair, tv, WIFI worked great, no cell phone reception issues, Owners friendly but not intrusive as they are on the property. They do not bother guests. Located on a country road mostly quiet.
Great location to see a concert at Chautauqua Institution
We went to see a concert at CHQ Institution and stayed here overnight rather than driving 3 hours home afterwards. Great location, easy access and quick to the concert venue. It's deceptively close to a road with lots of high speed traffic though, so it was somewhat noisier than I'm used to, but otherwise everything was great! If it wasn't such a short trip, it would have been even better!
The property was neat and well lit with solar lights. The camper was somewhat tinier than we expected but it suited our two night stay. The camper was very clean and had everything we needed from lovely lofty bed pillows to coffee! Loved the outdoor porch facing into the quiet woods! We will come back!!
Super nice property with a trail through the woods within walking distance. Camper was super clean and very cozy, bed was pretty comfortable. Had a nice conversation with the property owner in the morning-super nice and personable. Had no problems at all, nice fire ring and beautiful morning view. Thank you for having us!!!
While the bed may have been a little cramped and slanted for two, it definitely got the job done! Belinda is an overall wonderful host! I’d recommend her for sure!
I just needed it at night so coming back getting a shower and laying in the air conditioner was very nice
