Perfect location

The house was perfect for our float trip with friends! Great location, easy access, everything we needed and a great view from the backyard! Saw multiple deer and enjoyed the peaceful experience!

This house is an older house with some upgrades, but still a great space! Would definitely book again when we go back to canyon. Easy check in, and quick responses from owner.

Property was a great location for river floating and going to the concert at Whitewater Amphitheater. The house is an older house that could use some updating. The comforter and mattress on one bed was stained.

Hill Country ranch home

The ranch house was perfect for our visit, close to the river. Ive never seen so many light switches in my life, it would've helped if they were labeled. Front porch light and other lighting in the back was out and would've been nice to have for security reasons. Otherwise, our visit was as expected.

Family Holiday Trip

The house had plenty of space for the 8 of us and the 4 who came over Thanksgiving dinner. Just a few small issues. There were a lot of spiderwebs in the bathrooms and kitchen but we just had to go through and wipe them down. The bedroom with the twin beds is in the very back of the house by itself. A little scary for the young kids. The fence had a few places we had to reinforce to make it secure for our dog. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend this house.

Location was perfect for our purpose! The home appears to be in the process of updates. It has the potential to be an awesome place . It lacks the WOW factor I’ve experienced in other VRBO rentals.

A nice getaway.

The property was very clean with plenty of bathrooms and showers for the 8 of us. We had a problem with the Vebo app and I couldn't get the code to get the keys. I called Kyle and he answered immediately to save the day! We had a great weekend and this was a wonderful stay. We will be staying again.

This home is in a great location

This home is in a great location with easy access to the river, and a beautiful view off the back porch! The house itself has several oddities, but did accommodate all of us. We were pretty sad that we were unable to use the fire pit due to a burn ban, which we were not informed of beforehand. 5/7 of us on this trip are first responders, and the fire pit was a big deal for us, something we do together at home. Overall, we had a dood stay, and would stay here agin.

Annual River Trip

The home was in the perfect area. It is in a country setting with great views and less than a mile from the river entrance. The grill didn’t work so we had to cook what we bought to grill and there was only one cooking sheet to use so it took longer than expected. The beds were comfy but the front guest room bed was very squeaky and the ceiling fan did not work. Other than that, it was a great place to stay!

Overall amazing!

We had a fun weekend at the house. Floated the river that was 3/4 of mile away! The kitchen wasn’t quite equipped for us but we made due! Property was fun to run around with kids and BBQ was used a ton.

Great location for weekend trip

Property has everything our group needed for a great weekend. Ping pong table was definitely a highlight! A/C worked great and beds were comfortable. Logistics were easy. And the house is a short walk from whitewater amphitheater and the river float

Convenient Location

The house had all the amenities that you’d need. It is centrally located near Mew Braunfels, Canyon Lake and the Guadalupe river. We’d recommend.

Clean and comfortable

Was there for a brief stay to visit with family in nearby New Braunfels. Property was clean and comfortable with plenty of room for all. Backyard was great to throw the ball with the dog. Labeling of some of the light switches, of which there were many, might be helpful. A pleasant stay.

Amazing time

We used the house for our Christmas get together with the family. There were a total of 8 of us and we had a great time. Ping pong table was a hit and kitchen was great for making a large meal for all us. The sponsor was so nice and offered so much support. Definitely recommend this home.

GREAT LOCATION And Lots of Space

You can’t get a better property if you plan to float the horseshoe. Close to stores for those last minute needs. Property manager was very accessible via messaging app.
