A 2-minute walk from the Bélisaire pier, you can stroll around the entire Arcachon Bay. From this pier, shuttles take you to Arcachon. You can also visit the Banc d'Arguin, a nature reserve, as well as the Île aux Oiseaux aboard shuttles or boats with a skipper.

By bike, or even on foot, you can easily reach the restaurants and all the shops of the famous village of Cap Ferret and its lighthouse.

The villa is divided into two levels:

On the ground floor, the villa has a living room with TV opening onto a pleasant covered terrace facing South-East, a fitted and equipped kitchen, a laundry room with washing machine, two bedrooms with 140 cm bed, including a master suite with a dressing room and a shower room.

A bathroom and a toilet complete the set.

Upstairs, you have three bedrooms: two with 140 cm bed and one with two 90 cm beds, a shower room and a toilet.

A large 900 m² garden dotted with local species accompanied by a terrace equipped with deckchairs, garden furniture and barbecue, offering a calm and relaxing setting near the Bassin. An outdoor shower completes this place of relaxation.
