This remarkable “Belle Époque” 200m2 villa is situated in the historical city center of Cabourg, renowned for its amazing sandy beaches. Just 100 meters away from the beach, the property built in 1898, was tastefully renovated from 2019-2021 to include all the modernity and comfort for a perfect family holiday or getaway with friends. Classified as a remarkable heritage villa, it’s a villa of immerse charm and warmth.

The villa is a family-friendly resort carrying the “Famille Plus” label. Inside this 2-storey house, it has space for up to 8 guests across its 4 bedrooms with closet, 3 bathrooms including 1 balneotherapy bathtub, and 2 toilets. You will also find an inviting living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a spacious dining room, laundry room (washer and dryer) and a game room. The exterior amenities include a large terrace and garden equipped with outdoor furniture and barbecue. All household linen (sheets, pillows, duvets, duvet covers, kitchen towels, etc.) as well as towels (bath towels, hand towels, washcloths) are provided and will be changed every week during the mandatory intermediate cleaning (for long stay of a few weeks). Beds will be made upon arrival.

Minimum weekly rental (possibility of a minimum 3-night extended weekend on request).

We welcome each family personally to offer you a quality stay and hopefully, without constraints:
- A rental agreement will be systematically signed between the owners and the tenants.
- You may be held responsible for damages caused to the vacation rental during your stay. An inventory will be systematically carried out upon entry and exit of the tenants.
- Deposit to be paid to the owners by bank transfer 2 months before the tenants' arrival.
- Copy of tenants' identity documents or passports to be provided before signing the rental agreement.
- Mandatory cleaning protocol for the rental - intermediate cleaning during the stay and upon departure of the tenants.
- All dishes, plates, glasses, cutlery, pans, pots, and all necessary utensils as well as cleaning products, kitchen towels, tablecloths, etc. are provided.
- Baby kit (on request) including a high chair, a bathtub, and a travel cot with mattress.
- Provision of books, children's toys, wooden and board games, children's foosball.
- House equipped with Wifi with TV subscription, entertainment, sports, cartoons, music... Various channels for the whole family!
- Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors on each floor of the villa.
- Certified "NF&A2P 2 shield" alarm system, guaranteeing compliance to effectively protect residential habitats.
- Fenced property, closed by gate, driveway, hedges, and lawn area.
- During their stay, tenants cannot object to planned interventions in the villa by concierge and garden maintenance companies mandated by the owners.
