Modern Updated Condo Sosua Ocean Village

This modern 2-bedroom condo was updated in July 2018. Each bedroom features a King bed and a 42” Smart TV. Located in Sosua Ocean Village, one of the most secure gated communities on the North Coast of the Dominican Republic. A guest friendly resort located 5-minutes from central Sosua and 10 minutes from Cabarete with the best amenities on the north coast, including an on site Gym, 2 Restaurants, large Water Park, covered Tennis courts, Basketball courts, Spa & more! All amenities are within a 5 minute walk from the condo!

This 2-bedroom , 2-bath condo is very spacious with over 1,600 square feet. The large living area includes a full kitchen and dining table, which connects to a larger outdoor terrace (patio) that overlooks the garden and pool area. The ENTIRE CONDOMINIUM is air conditioned. (Not just the bedrooms!) Fast, reliable wi-fi is included.

Cleaning is provided 3x per week. We have a professional management company, Caribbean Dream Vacations, that can arrange for airport pickup from Puerto Plata or Santiago, in-home chef services and coordinate local excursions. There are over 75 local excursions, some of the most popular being Ocean World, whale watching, cable car, Cabarete and Sosua Beaches, horseback riding, 27 waterfalls, surfing and many more. Free onsite parking is provided for guests with cars. Local transportation can be arranged.

Linens, towels, soaps, and a well-stocked full kitchen with drinking water are included.

Electricity: Rental Over 15 days the electricity is charged separately.

The gym day pass, day passes to the Ocean Village Club House are not included in the rental cost. Fees apply and are paid directly to the resort.
Long term of one month rental or longer does not include electricity fees.No Smoking and No Pets, please.

The apartment is identical as in the photos. Very well maintained, clean and quiet. The kitchen is fully equiped, AC in all areas, nice outside terrace. We spent a relax weekend. Only missed to have Neflix. :)

Nice condo and centrally located to all areas in the Sosua area. Only 3-5 drive to main Sosua and grocery store. About 10 minute drive to Cabrete. Only negative about the Condo is the sheets and towels had stains on them.

Love Sosua Ocean Village

For those for whom fitness is important, SOV has the best gym in all of Cabarete/Sosua. Private beaches, infinity pools, the restaurant, Restaurante Maria right in the community has excellent food. The apartment is huge.

Hello my name is Paul I just wanted to let you know about the wonderful time that I experience with dream vacation, I stay in the Dominican republic in Sosua , at Oceanvillage. Vilas’s And I can tell you if you ever plan to visit this part of the world this property Is a wonderful place to stay the service was fantastic the villa itself has every thingYou need , from the kitchen to the bedroom laundry the Maid comes in every other day and make sure that you have everything that you need , the grounds around the property are superior you are very close to all the shopping , Ground transportation was very good Security on the groundS Were very knowledgeable and professional, one thing I love about the property is that they kept the swimming pool Very clean And all the facilities on site were at your disposal I would recommend anyone that have a family , are if you were just traveling alone or with friends this is the home away from home were you want. To stay at the Ocean Village property, I was there for 10 days and I had a time that I will never forget. And I am planning to visit again very soon. This property sits in a very great location And is very quiet so on a scale of 1 to 10 I would rate this property a 10 . Very Comfortable Apartment !!!

My stay at Peggy’s apartment was perfect!!! I feel very comfortable from the minute I walked inside her place with the A/C on, making the apartment feel very relaxing. The apartment is very clean, with everything you will Need for a comfortable stay. I will definitely will be back!!!
