Wonderful stay!

We loved our stay. We were a group of 4 members of an extended family visiting from Canada, and the gite had lots of space for us. The gite is located in a yard with a few beautiful old buildings converted to several beautiful gites with great common facilities. The buildings and yard were in excellent condition - well maintained, and next to a working farm with animals that were fun to watch. It was a short walk to the shoreline and the beautiful neighbouring village where we had coffee and croissants each morning. There are fabulous areas close by to explore in Bretagne and Normandy. Our host was very helpful, gave us great advice on things to see, and fixed a couple of things for us right away, and was very understanding when there were challenges with completing the booking. There are a few differences for those used to rentals in North America or larger centres - like renting sheets and towels, and being in a beautiful historical property that has some facilities that are more basic. We loved staying at this gite, and would gladly return if we were in the area again!

Week-end en famille

Un week-end très agréable en famille, serein et au calme. Gîte très agréable, on était "comme à la maison ",environnement relax,de la place pour chacun, et le tout juste assez rustique pour qu'on s'y sente bien sans stress. Belles balades à pied directement depuis la maison, Cancale et son port,top et bien sûr le Mont Saint Michel.. Un plus:la salle de jeux et son billard..

Sejour à cherrueix

Proprietaires très sympathiques, logis bien situé à quelques centaines de mètres de la plage et du centre bourg. Quelques animaux pour les enfants. Nous y avons passé un agréable séjour, je recommande.

vacances idéales / rapport qualité prix imbattable

ce gite est une belle alliance de confort et de terroir, les prestations sont là, avec toute la fonctionnalité, l'espace nécessaire à l'intimité, l'écoresponsabilité, jusqu'aux jeux de société dans la maie.. on adore. Loin du luxe insolent des glampings, cet endroit est un créateur de souvenirs. La mer est proche, le petit marché très agréable, ravitaillement bio tout proche, le restaurant front de mer, le bistrot et la boulangerie de village achèvent le tableau. Nous n'avons pas pour habitude d'aller deux fois au même endroit mais il se pourrait bien que cela nous reprenne. Bravo et merci

gite sympa et bien situé, pas loin des belles plage de Cancale et beau parcours de rando, proche de St Malo et Mont st Michel, a préciser peut-être dans l'annonce que le site contient 6 gites différents et que les installations - piscine, pétanque, salle de jeu sont partagés. Schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist ländlich gelegen und ist umgeben von Wiesen und Feldern. Es gibt dort mehrere Ferienwohnungen, einen Pool und eine Spielscheune mit Kicker usw. Die Gastgeber sind freundlich und bei Fragen stets vor Ort. Unsere Wohnung hatte 4 Schlafzimmer, jedes mit eigenem Waschbecken und Dusche. Leider gibt es nur eine Toilette, da könnte es eventuell "eng" werden. Ein eingezäuntes Stück Garten gehört zu jeder Wohnung dazu, unsere Hunde konnten daher im Garten frei laufen. Leider ist die Wohnung sehr hellhörig, in der zweiten Woche war nebenan eine Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern, von denen eins Tag und Nacht geschrien hat, man konnte jedes Wort verstehen und wurde Nachts davon wach. Teilweise könnte die Wohnung eine Renovierung vertragen und die Küche ist winzig klein, es passt nur eine Person rein. Wenn ich nochmal in diesen Ort fahren würde, würde ich eine von den anderen Wohnungen mieten, die waren alle sehr modern und sahen neuwertig aus. Insgesamt hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt und haben die Gastfreundschaft der Franzosen sehr genossen, gerade auch als Familie mit 2 großen Hunden fühlten wir uns willkommen!

Klassisches bretonisches Landhaus mit großem Gärten. Ideal für Familien

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche mit Freunden und 3 Kindern verbracht. Das Haus ist ausreichend groß und hat 4 Schlafzimmer jeweils mit Dusche. Der Gemeinschaftsgarten hat einen Spielplatz, einen Pool und Tiere, die sich auf einen Besuch freuen 😊 Für die Kinder ideal! Die Ausstattung des Hauses selbst zum Beispiel in der Küche oder für den Grill, ist ausbaufähig.

Ein schönes altes bretonisches Anwesen, fußläufig zum Meer und ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für wundervolle Ausflüge. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt und die Duschen und Waschbecken in jedem Schlafzimmer sind super. Die Vermieter sind besonders freundlich und immer ansprechbar. Es waren sehr schöne 2 Wochen mit vielen bleibenden Eindrücken.

Ruhiger und entspannter Jahreswechsel

Bretagne im Winter ist sehr entspannt! Wir haben unsere Woche in Cherrueix sehr genossen. Das Häuschen ist gemütlich und zweckmäßig, die Küche zwar ziemlich klein, aber zu viert konnten wir trotzdem sehr lecker kochen und haben die Abende vor dem Kaminfeuer genossen. Die Gegend bietet viele schöne Ausflugsziele (St. Malo, Dinard, Mont St. Michel, Dol de B., Mont Dol). Mitten im Winter ist es überall sehr leer, vor allem für den Mont St Michel ist das definitiv die beste Jahreszeit! Die Vermieter sind wirklich sehr nett und hilfsbereit. In Cherrueix gibt es einen Bäcker, einen Metzger und einen kleinen Laden; der Strand ist riesengroß, allerdings ist das Meer bei Ebbe sehr weit weg.

Tolle Unterkunft

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft in einem alten Bauernhof. Das Haus war zwar ziemlich hellhörig, die Küche sehr klein, aber das ist wohl eher aufgrund der Beschaffenheit des Hauses so. Jedes Schlafzimmer hatte eine eigene Dusche und ein Waschbecken. Toll war auch der Raum mit Tischtennisplatte, Kicker und Billardtisch.Eine sehr nette Vermieterin. Viel Spaß hatten wir auch mit den Tieren vom Hof . Insgesamt eine schöne Woche, die wir hier verbracht haben.

Tolle Lage - Besser als erwartet!

Der Bauernhof war besser als erwartet. Wer ein kleines, verträumtes Örtchen sucht, wo auch in der Hauptsaison kaum etwas los ist, ist hier genau richtig. Saint Malo ist mit dem Auto in 20 Minuten erreichbar und sehr schön. Das Aquarium gefiel der ganzen Familie. Nur Mont Saint Michelle war uns zu überlaufen. Das Haus ist sehr einfach aber liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir konnten jeden Morgen im eigenen, abgetrennten Garten frühstücken. Der Pool war sehr schön, sehr sauber, wenig gechlort, mit guten Liegen. Für uns ein Highlight. Unseren Kindern hat besonders die Spielscheune mit Billard, Tischtennis und Kicker gefallen. Auch die Schweine, die Ziegen, die Gänse,der Esel und die Hühner gaben dem Hof einen besonderen Charme. Wer im Meer schwimmen möchte, kann dies bei Saint Malo tun, da vor Ort „nur“ Wattenmeer ist - bei Ebbe braucht man Kilometer weit bis zum Wasser. Faszinierend und tolle Muscheln kann man auch finden. Wer möchte, kann sich am Strand einen Strandsegler mieten. Die Vermieterin konnte zwar kein Wort Deutsch oder Englisch, was sie aber durch ihre liebevolle Art und ihre Herzlichkeit total wett gemacht hat. Mit unserem sehr schlechten Französisch sind wir mit ihr sehr gut klar gekommen. Hier würden wir gerne wieder Urlaub machen.

Very enjoyable stay

Very friendly welcome. It was an ideal site having two young children with us; swimming pool, plenty of games, etc. It was only a short walk to the beach and amenities in the village. Ideally there would be an additional toilet, but this didn't spoil our enjoyable stay. Highly recommended.

on a été bien recu par les hotes et étaient là pour nos questions on regrette que le gite n'ai qu'une toilette un peu juste pour le nombre de personnes qui peuvent venir les lits un peu juste car on a des 160 à la maison mais très bon séjour
