Come to relax in the heart of Istria, in a tranquil village without mass tourism and city hustle and bustle. The famous resort of Rovinj is about 17 km away. You will stay here in a beautiful vacation home! On the property you will find not only the pool, but also many green, plants that will pamper you with their Mediterranean aroma and therefore offer rest to body and soul. During the construction of the house, attention was paid to every detail and every stone on the house was worked by hand. On the first floor is the covered terrace where you can relax and lounge all day. When you come into the house, you will see the fireplace and the large dining room. There is also a dartboard hanging there. Furthermore, on the first floor you will find the kitchen, two bedrooms and the bathroom. On the 1st floor you have two more bedrooms and two bathrooms with a beautiful view of the pool and a large lounge area. Visit the village Zminj and in the surrounding area the numerous agrotourisms where you can eat delicious dishes.



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate in 2025. Consumption costs are included in the room rate. Up to two pets are allowed. Outdoor private pool on site is open May - end September.
