The condo is specifically designed as an adult only unit, but we do allow babies w/cribs or packNPlay and/or children over the age of 7 are welcome.

Paki Maui #321 is a luxury 2 bedroom, 2 bath deluxe condo (ADA compliant for our guests with disabilities) located on the North Kaanapali coast in West Maui. Blessed to be completely untouched by the August 8th West Maui Wildfire. The unit features state of the art ceiling fans in every room as well as individually controlled AC split units. Units are located in the Master bedroom, living room & front guest bedroom if needed.
The living area is large and luxurious with a NEW OLED 65" flat screen SMART TV for direct access of your favorite apps & shows, just sign in. HD TV is offered as well. A large area for all to enjoy viewing for everyone - TV, ocean, stellar sunrise/sunsets, sailing vessels & the island of Molokai. Lighting, ceiling fans, dining area and bar counter top are all accessed in this super comfortable LARGE LIVING space for relaxing or step out the 15ft sliding doors and enjoy the Lanai #1 for more amazing sights of the grounds, shore, our 2 snorkeling reefs and the island of Lanai'i. Most likely you'll find you will not need the AC and are able to have the doors open to enjoy the ocean sounds! The West Maui trade winds and ocean breezes are free and flowing. Your unit also includes complimentary dedicated in room 5G WIRELESS internet during your stay. Sit back, relax open the lanai doors and enjoy the ocean breeze! The direct center oceanfront view from both the living room lanai, and also the master bedroom lanai are wonderful for relaxing.
The main living room has a circular LARGE couch for ultimate viewing while relaxing with a beverage, catching your favorite show or sport, enjoying a movie from NETFLIX, HULU, YouTube or some Amazon Music or just enjoying our local Maui Visitor Channel (1000 or 1001) to plan your next activity. EVERYONE has a GREAT seat!!
Make mealtime preparation enjoyable in your fully appointed and very spacious kitchen. The kitchen features top of the line Stainless Steel appliances, granite counter tops and maple cabinets fully stocked for your gourmet cooking or if you choose use of the GAS BBQ's at poolside. The dining table sits 4 people with room to spare and there is seating at the bar side counter.
The fabulous Master Bedroom is a repeat of our unit #124 layout. It comes complete with a newly updated NOVOfoam memory mattress topper for the California King size bed decorated with a Pima Cotton Duvet for a soft and comfortable nights rest and plenty of pillows. The in suite private bathroom (ADA compliant bathrooms w/installed grab bars in bath facilities - inside and outside of shower, handicapped height toilets, walk-in showers with small step (master shower has seated beach inside), separate handheld shower for bathing, powder room, spacious closet and private lanai with dedicated AC unit to use when needed to take the edge off the lazy summer afternoons. The bathroom is tiled floor to ceiling with a roomy glass enclosed shower. The powder room is equipped with an overhead ceiling fan, fantastic lighting and plenty of mirrors. Store your clothing and suitcases behind the 'Wall of Mirrors' which features built-in drawers and shelves. We also have installed an 'IN ROOM SAFE' for your use. Take a coffee break or Mai Tai break on the Master Bedroom's private lanai.
The large Second bedroom offers a KING mattress, very nice wood bedroom suite with Pima cotton duvet for a super soft night sleep. There is a night table fan, stand-up fan & large ceiling fan (AC in this room), and a working desk area. Another "Wall of Mirrors" closet is offered with hidden drawers and shelves for your personal items. The large guest bathroom is located right across from the guest bedroom. It too has a walk-in shower (small step) with glass enclosure with ADA compliant handicapped toilet. In between, is the built-in WASHER/DRYER for your personal use. Laundry soap is provided for your use
The Paki Maui property sits amidst lush tropical landscaping and surrounds a beautiful Koi pond with a gentle waterfall. Enjoy your day in the ocean only steps away from your room or relax around the poolside and heated spa or take a walk along the small beach (accessible when tide is out) & explore. You can snorkel/swim down the entire front of all the complexes with plenty of spots to get out if needed.
This area is GREAT for walking pretty much everywhere especially to local shops, restaurants, a farmers' market, local food eateries, food truck eateries, organic food store, TIMES supermarket, specialty stores, smoothie, fresh fish market, coffee houses/cafes are only a few blocks away in each direction. Book ANY activity or rent ANY level of water equipment from Boss Frog's across the street, get a massage or a tattoo. You can also use the public BUS transportation to pretty much everywhere on the island - p/u and drop-off are right across the street! THE OPTIONS ARE ENDLESS!! And if you are a golfer, you are only a short drive away from 4 world class golf courses to include The Bay in Kapalua and The Plantation - home of the SENTRY PGA tournament every January. Come visit for a bit, relax and enjoy, you will not be disappointed!
