Nice lovely cottage on the hills between Umbria and Tuscany, with a small private garden. Swimming pool at ca. 200mt, in the farm area of the owners.TV and washing machine upon request. Near destinations: Città di Castello, Cortona, Arezzo, Gubbio, Perugi a and Assisi.
Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate in 2025. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out. Up to two pets are allowed. Outdoor pool on site shared with other guests is open June - end September.
