No AC and broken hot tub
Went to TN for the weekend and our cabin was over 90° and our hot tub didn’t work at all. Called guest services, nobody ever came to help or fix it. We roasted for over 24 hours and had to sit in the truck the majority of the time so we weren’t burning up. We finally got moved to a different cabin the following night which was a smaller, older cabin where the hot tub also didn’t work. Would not recommend this stay
I stayed here with my significant other for our spring break. It was such a beautiful cabin! Everything was clean and exactly as listed. It’s a steep, curvy drive up to it, but it’s not bad. Location was about 40 minutes from Gatlinburg and only about 20 from Cades Cove! Would highly recommend staying here and would choose to stay here again!
We arrived to the cabin after dark, so the drive up was a little scary. Lots of switch backs in the dark in a very large truck. But the cabin was great! check in was easy and everything was wonderful. They even called me the second day just to make sure everything was great.
