We arrived and found multiple damaged pieces of furniture, doors, dishes and hot tub not to be functioning.
The hot tub was cold and dirty. Office staff sent a tech to drain and repair the following day but it never did get above 65 degrees.
Screen door was damaged and maintence had unsuccessfully attempted poor repair methods.
Multiple/Various pieces of furniture are damaged and unsightly.
We were extremely disappointed to find that the one request I had written in the special request was not even taken into consideration. Our special request being the hot tub be clean and ready to use for my birthday. Again it was cold and the bottom was filled with scum. I have a picture.
The dish ware was damaged and we had to cook with Teflon that was severely chipping.
Otherwise we made the best of what we had.
Upon arrival we noticed a few problems. I addressed the issues with the property manager. That same day they had a maintenance man come out and fix everything.
The cabin was clean, and very nice!
The location of the cabin to Gatlinburg was only a few minutes.

Cabin cleanliness and amenities lacked.
Upon arrival we noticed trash around exterior steps and decking. As we entered the cabin we were greeted with sticky floors and food stuck on cabinets and furniture(including peanut butter on the couch), blood stains on a trash can, and exterior doors left unlocked. Within 24 hours we noticed the hot tub was not functioning and the media area tv did not function properly. We spoke with the management team and they advised they'd send someone out to re clean and a specialist for the hot tub. No cleaning person ever came. The hot tub specialist showed up nearly 24 hours later and said he was there to clean the hot tub however it was still never repaired. So we were charged a hot tub cleaning fee for something we could not even use. This cabin has clearly been neglected and inadequately serviced. Our last night in the cabin we were on the deck and noticed couch pillows, barstool, and refrigerator drawers in the ravine below us that matched that of our cabin. The cabin offered 1 fork and 2 spoons for eating utensil. The bed sheets were extremely cheap and frayed. Beer bottle caps and dust all over the furniture and food under couches in the living room. We loved our time in Gatlinburg but the cabin itself was a huge disappointment and would not recommend this cabin.
