Great location!

Small rustic cottage. Bathroom and shower are tiny! Bedroom was nice and comfortable. Nice to have kitchen so you don’t have to eat every meal out. We would stay again.

Great spot for a gal and her dog.

My black lab and I had a great visit! Between their pool and the ac in the New England heat wave the property is close to the beach and Congdon’s, what more could anyone need in Wells?

The hosts were great. However, the cottage we stayed in (#6) was tiny. It should not be rented for longer than 2 nights. The toilet has no door, as there is no space for one. Very little space if you want to unpack. Overall, the accomodations were “trying”

Quaint cottage

Perfect for two adult and our pup for a quick trip. Cottage is small but functional. Kitchen has all the basics, bathroom was clean, and the shower had great water pressure. The location is perfect! You can walk across the street for amazing coffee and donuts and it is a short trip to the beach. The skylight is above the bed so if you stay in the summer and are sensitive to light bring an eye mask or plan on waking up with the sun.

We have to leave 3 days early because of the condition, there was no bathroom sink, when I used the toilet I have to go and wash my hands in the kitchen sink

We planned a last minute anniversary trip and Stacey and chip were fantastic. The cottages are small and cozy with many personal decorative touches. We would definitely stay here again!

There is no view,no bathroom sink,no dishpan( especially needed as kitchen sink used for bathroom).We noticed a leak in kitchen doorway when it rained.

Short weekend stay

My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay at the cottages. It was cute, clean and had everything we needed. We were able to watch the thunderstorms one evening from the porch and the sky light over the bed is lovely to wake up to. The location is perfect on the main road, very easy to find and lots to do in the area.

Clean and quiet.

Great little efficiency cottage. I should have read the description more carefully. The toilet and shower are separate and the only sink is the one in the kitchenette. Next time we will try to rent a 2 bedroom that has a separate bathroom! The cottage was very clean and the location is quiet. Also close to everything and anything you would like to do in Wells, Ogunquit, Kennebunk, and York!! The total attraction for us is that our cat was welcome. This is rare. Most places allow dogs but not cats. We love that Stacy and Chip Cote are NOT Catists and welcome our fur baby.😻

Beach getaway

We had a great time. We enjoyed a fire pit with the neighbors in spite of the mosquitoes that tried to carry us away. A bit of bug spray took care of them. Centrally located to everything. Thank you

Weekend get away

Cute small cottage. Everything was very clean and Stacey was excellent in communicating. The description does say it’s a small cottage. I was fine for the weekend but I don’t think I would stay for a week. Only because the shower and toilet area is very small. Other than that it was a great rental. It had a grill , fire pit with wood , close to beach, and they allowed dogs. Would recommend to others to stay here , great price too !

This was a really quaint, clean, well located place to stay with our pup. The bathroom and shower would be a tight fit for anyone who is large. Otherwise, we'd recommendthus place without hesitation.
