Quiet Family Home

Great spot for a family trip, quiet neighborhood, and a great backyard. The house was very clean, beds were super comfy, and check in was incredibly simple. Would absolutely stay again if we were in Cedar Rapids.

This has been our go to stay in Cedar Rapids

This has been our go to stay in cedar rapids for the past three years. Jim and Monica have a wonderful property- 3 bedrooms, full kitchen, 2 living areas and a beautiful backyard that is fenced in for the Fur babies. The neighborhood is peaceful and only 10 minutes from downtown.

Great home in nice neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay. The home was clean, the fenced backyard was wonderful for our dog and the neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. We would definitely stay here again.

Good size home, Good location

The home was a good size for our family of 5. The check-in process was smooth and getting into the home was easy. However, I did find that the cleanliness of the home didn't meet my expectations. Additionally, the home could use some upkeep. The neighborhood itself was in a good location. With a little extra TLC I think the house would feel cozier and more relaxing.Communication with the owners was timely and easy.

Amazing!

We stayed here for about a week for our wedding on Saturday and could not have been happier!! There were some really amazing touches that made us feel right at home and the fenced in yard was Heaven for our pup!! We would 1000% stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay, was close to our son and also to areas we wanted to visit. Split the stay over the week as we were also traveling to neighboring state for a few days.Host was accommodating with us leaving for a couple of days and then returning for the end of the week. Yard was great for our dog to run around in.

Just Right

This was a perfect location for us to stay for a couple days, while we were in town for a Wedding. The neighborhood was quiet & the house was clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable. The fenced in yard was also great to have since we brought our dog.

Great stay

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO...matched the description and pictures listed. Definitely has a "lived in" feel about it, but it was comfortable and had more than enough amenities for our needs. Loved having the fenced back yard which was awesome for our dogs. We would definitely rent again when in CR!

The house was very well kept when we got there, and it was a comfortable and quiet place for my friends and I to stay over the weekend. The property owners are also incredibly kind and helpful, so I would highly recommend this place!

The house was exactly as pictured, clean and stocked with all the necessities. In a quiet neighborhood and close to grocery stores and shopping areas. Didn't have any issues, but the hosts were quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely stay again if we were in the area!
