Newly remodeled 3 bedroom / 2 bath + Office, beach home located in iconic Shell Beach. Situated on 2 lots, the house was was designed to maximize indoor / outdoor living. You will note the sliding glass windows facing the oceanfront along with retractable windows in the kitchen that allow for maximum opportunities for fresh, ocean air and entertainment.
The expansive front deck includes a BBQ, a fire pit and ample seating for relaxing to watch the sunset!
The back of the house offers an expansive lawn along with cornhole. ping pong, croquet etc.
Pricing is seasonal and subject to change.
Pricing Range Summer-$9500 to Winter- $7500. Discount for Multi-month leases. Inquire about pricing for specific dates.
No pets. No smoking. Owner pays utilities including internet. There is a cap on water and gas usage. Excessive water and gas usage will be charged separately at actual cost. The home has 1 SmartTV and WiFi. There are no cable channels- Guests use their personal entertainment accounts (ie, Netflix, Hulu). There is a $350 move out cleaning fee. The owner requires a mid-month cleaning of $225. The move-out and mid-month cleanings are calculated in addition to the rental amount.
