Great place for small family!

This condo was in a great location. The unit was very clean. We had everything we needed. The heat in the living room was struggling a bit, but we attribute that to the very cold weather (heat in bedroom worked well). Very comfortable stay. Would stay here again!

Cozy place with a great location!

Overall, it was a good place to stay. Simple and cozy cabin feel. Great location! Walking distance from Canyon Lodge & the Village. The free transit bus picks up right across the street also making it easy to get all your gear to the mountain, and close enough to make a quick return to eat lunch at the condo in comfort.

Perfect condo and location!

The condo exceeded our expectations. It's charming and cozy and a 10 minute walk from the Village. We stayed for a week and made most of our own meals - the kitchen was fully stocked! Plenty of pots, pans, utensils and appliances to make our stay easy and stress free. Thanks for a great stay! We'll be back!

Comfortable Apartment

Great location, comfortable apartment, ample parking. Please note that the bunk beds are children size, not for taller adults.

A lovely stay

We stayed here as for a couple nights to ski in Mammoth with our daughter. It was clean, comfortable, and warm, and walking distance to the village gondola which made getting to and from the slopes a breeze. We had an issue with the lock as we arrived, but when we called the property manager they were extremely helpful in resetting the code for us. Thank you so much!

Great Condo. All the little conveniences

Condo was very clean and nicely decorated. All the extra little conveniences were available. The wood burning fireplace had a huge stack of logs and very easy fire starters ready to go. Lovely bed linens. All the dishes we needed in the kitchen. Extra blankets. We would definitely stay here again.

Okay

It was okay. The heater broke, they fixed it, and it broke again 30 min later. Limited toiletries and towels. Fireplace lacked kindle to start a fire. The proximity to the bus line and mountain was the main appeal. Property manager generally seemed clueless about their property.

This condo was the perfect spot for our snowboarding trip. The condo is very comfortable, it has all items you can think of. Everything was in great condition, inviting, and perfect location. The free shuttle has a stop in front of the condo to easily get to Canyon Lodge. We especially appreciated the stock of firewood to keep warm by the fire after a day of snowboarding. The community game room, hot tub, and sauna was a short walk down the street. The shovel was much appreciated in the morning during the blizzard. We were very impressed with how quickly the snow plows came through to clear up the roads. Can’t wait to come back and hopefully stay at this condo again.

Diamond in the rough

The property is located in a great location close to Canyon Lodge. The property itself needs TLC. The description states a queen bed and balcony. The bed was a full size, and the balcony was filled with old shower doors, wood, and trash. We arrived with dog food and wet spots on the carpet. The living room wall heater did not work so we had to use space heaters. The pots and pans were dirty and greasy. The pots and pans were ruined from being washed in the dishwasher (not dishwasher safe). If the owners put a weekend of TLC into the place it could be great.

Adequate property, but very bare in amenities

Booked this property for a weekend getaway, but was disappointed in the checkin process (no door code was provided, had to follow up with the rental company) and the amenities available. Wifi password was incorrect and for the wrong network, extremely minimalistic kitchen accessories, and was missing information about the property itself( where to go to drop off trash, etc). While the location is great and the property was clean, I would not stay here again.

Lovely Decore

Nicely decorated and fully equipped kitchen. Would recommend new advertising pictures as it has new furniture in living room. Problems: The ONLY toilet clogged and took all day and second call to get maintenance out. Nice maintenance man also replaced flickering light in diningroom. (name?) Did not ask for these; Bed needs bolts tightened to prevent constant juggling. Two broken lamps and another not able to plug in as only outlet was behind sofa bed which was too heavy to move. Suggestions: All baseboards need painting or replacing. Rearrange kitchen to make room for grocery storage. The only available cupboards were above the stove and frig. which I could not reach.

Location is tough to beat if you like canyon

So I like to consider the entire picture instead of just focusing on the location of the property. When I go on vacation I like to rest as well as have fun on the slopes. The main bedroom of this unit was quite small and it had a sink in it which was weird. The mattress was soft and lumpy so if you travel with your spouse and you both toss and turn a bit before you fall asleep then you’re going to have a hard time falling asleep. It felt like a water bed. The walls of the unit are paper thin. So many nights were spent hoping and praying for our upstairs neighbors to go to bed so that we could go to bed. It sounded like they were doing jumping jacks late into the night. They also had a baby with them and every time baby woke up crying, we would wake up crying too. They had a couple bunk beds which I ended up sleeping in because the mattress was firm. I used a pillow to cover my head so the noise from upstairs wouldn’t keep me awake. We had a big dog with us and managed to keep her quiet the entire time. We also didn’t realize the balcony and windows would be boarded up because of the snow. Makes sense but it made for a dark and gloomy indoor experience. The only natural light came from a small window on the front door. I loved the location of the unit and in the future IF I were to stay in this complex again, I’d opt for a second story apartment so that I can make all the noise. Maybe management can have a quiet time like 11pm? Will not book again.
