Ground floor: large living and dining area with underfloor heating and fireplace, cozy couch area with sleeping function (4 + 2), TV / Sat, Blu-ray player, Wii game console, fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, 4-burner stove (ceramic hob), oven, refrigerator with a small freezer, microwave, dishwasher and various electrical appliances, bathroom with infrared sauna, shower and toilet. Receiver with the possibility to connect USB hard drives. A large grill is available on the terrace for extensive barbecues.

Upper floor: 1st Bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and TV (flat screen), 2nd Bedroom with two single beds, wardrobe, bathroom with bathtub and toilet, terrace with garden furniture and parasol.

Bed linen and towels not included !! Can be ordered from our caretaker for a small fee.

abgewohnt und schlechter Service des Gastgebers

Das Haus liegt in einer tollen Gegend für einen ruhigen, entspannenden Urlaub. Die letzten Jahre haben wir (auch aufgrund der Pandemie) in 4 anderen Häusern mit vergleichbarer Ausstattung/Grundriss in verschiedenen Regionen Deutschlands und Dänemarks Urlaub gemacht. Von allen diesen Häusern war dieses Haus am meisten abgewohnt und dreckig. Was an dem Haus "exklusiv" sein soll, konnten wir nicht nachvollziehen. Da wir mit zwei Kindern anreisten, war für die Buchung des Hauses das Vorhandensein einer Spielekonsole der Ausschlag für die Buchung. Schade nur, das von den zwei Controllern nur einer funktionierte und dies dem Gastgeber noch nicht einmal eine Entschuldigung wert war. Wir sind auch in allen anderen Häusern sehr persönlich oder kontaktlos mit einem netten, personalisierten Brief auf dem Tisch (und teilweise auch kleinen Extras) begrüßt wurden. Nichts davon in diesem Haus. Der Service das Gastgebers verdient die Schulnote 5. Am Ende des Tages ist der Preis für dieses Haus überhöht. Das Haus machte auf mich den Eindruck, dass es die letzten Jahre einfach "vernachlässigt" wurde. Ich kann es nicht weiterempfehlen. Einen Lichtblick gab es. Der Hausmeisterservice funktionierte tadellos - als Reaktion auf eine defekte Wasserspülung.

Ein wirklich hübsches Häuschen in einem kleinen Ferienpark. Die Ostsee ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt, aber leider nicht zu sehen. Das Häuschen hat viele tolle Extras, die wir leider gar nicht alle nutzen oder probieren konnten, weil die Insel so viele Abenteuer bietet. Fazit: wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Auszeit in Glowe

Für eine kurze Auszeit haben wir uns spontan Rügen ausgesucht. Der Treffer war die Lücke zwischen zwei Buchungen - für 7 Tage Glowe im exklusiven Ferienhaus von Familie Otto. Den Aufenthalt haben wir in jeder Hinsicht genossen. Neben der sonnige Terasse auch die verschieden Wege zum Strand bzw. nach Glowe-City.

Optimale Lage

Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und bietet einen unverbauten Blick aus SZ und WZ. Die Lage ist optimal als Ausgangslage für Wanderungen an Strand und im Nationalpark. Auch Fahrradtouren lassen sich von her aus gut planen.

Osterurlaub

Wir waren über Ostern mit unseren drei Kindern da. Das Haus ist sehr schön, wir hatten schon saubere Ferienhäuser. Die Sauna war entspannend. Leider ist der Backofen nicht in Ordnung, dieser kennt nur voll Power, somit wird das Brötchen aufbacken zur torture. Die Matratzen sind für uns sehr durchgelegen gewesen. Die Dusche im Erdgeschoss schließt schwer. Die Gegend war sehr schön und man konnte von dem Standort aus sehr viel unternehmen. Bis auf die Kleinigkeiten konnten wir den Urlaub genießen. Die Kurtaxe musste vor Ort organisiert werden, was zur Verwirrung bei der Touristen Information darstellte.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit einige Maken

Vorne weg das Wichtigste: Wir haben uns in dem Häuschen wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten tolle Tage mit Sauna, Kamin und Whirlpool verbringen. Der Weg zum Strand ist nicht weit und das Häuschen liegt in einer schönen ruhigen Ferienhaussiedlung. Leider hatten wir in den 5 Tagen unserer Aufenthals Schwierigkeiten mit diversen Gerätschaften: Der Ofen heizt jenseits der eingestellten Gradzahl, sodass uns die ersten Lebensmittel im Ofen schlicht verbrannt sind. Für die Nutzung der Sauna musste erst die Sicherung eingeschaltet werden - denn hier ist offenbar eine Seite der Heizstrahler defekt und geht nicht mehr von alleine aus - diese heizt also auch ausgeschaltet weiter, solange die Sicherung drin ist. War für die Nutzung an sich kein Problem, wäre aber mit einem Hinweis versehen einfacher gewesen. Leider kam uns die Lampe über dem Esstisch entgegen, nachdem einer von uns beim Aufstehen mit dem Kopf daranstieß, wir haben den Dübel notdürftig wieder in der Decke festgemacht. Wir gehen davon aus, dass dies Mängel sind, die sicherlich behoben werden, sobald der Vermieter/die Agentur davon Kenntniss nimmt - leider fand ich keine Möglichkeit mehr nach Abschluss der Reise, den Vermieter zu kontaktieren. Wir waren in Summe dennoch sehr zufrieden mit dem Haus und würden es weiterempfehlen.

Komplett ausgestattes Häuschen

Ferienwohnung hat voll der Beschreibung entsprochen. Lage gut für Ausflüge nach Kap Arkona, den Königsstuhl, Prora und Binz. Zum Strand, Bäcker, Restaurant schon 10 - 15 Minuten zum Laufen. Gut wenn man die Räder dabei hat. Toller Strand.

Angenehm und komfortabel

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus war insgesamt in Ordnung. Der Check-in verlief äußerst einfach und problemlos, was uns direkt einen positiven Eindruck verschaffte. Das Ferienhaus selbst war sauber und gut gepflegt, was für uns als Gäste sehr wichtig war. Die Ausstattung des Ferienhauses entsprach größtenteils unseren Erwartungen. Es gab alles, was wir für unseren Aufenthalt benötigten, und es war angenehm, dass alles ordentlich und gut organisiert war. Die Zimmer waren geräumig genug und die Betten bequem, so dass wir gut schlafen konnten. Die Lage des Ferienhauses war ebenfalls zufriedenstellend. Es war ruhig gelegen und bot uns die Möglichkeit, uns zu entspannen und die umliegende Natur zu genießen. Gleichzeitig waren Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und andere Annehmlichkeiten in der Nähe, was sehr praktisch war. Insgesamt betrachtet war unser Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus angenehm und komfortabel. Der einfache Check-in, die Sauberkeit und die gute Ausstattung des Hauses haben uns einen positiven Eindruck hinterlassen.
