The apartment is in a quiet side street, ideal for resting after a nice day of sightseeing.

Functional and cosy with a nice living room and a well equipped kitchen to share a good meal.
There is a dishwasher, an oven and a coffee machine, as well as a toaster and a kettle.

The living room is snug; you will discover a typical Parisian parquet.

The parental bedroom has a double bed and multiple storage space.
The children's room is equipped with a bunk bed and some toys.
We will therefore ask you to book the apartment for up to 3 adults maximum and that the upper bed only be used by children.
 
The bathroom is equipped with a bath and a hairdryer.
The toilets are separated.

The entire accommodation is accessible to travelers.

I may not be available to welcome you to my apartment. If so, a friend of mine will come to welcome you. I will of course remain at your disposal to give you advice on Paris.

Want to visit Paris but need calm? The XIIth arrondissement is for you! The neighborhood is actually made up of villages swallowed by Paris during its expansion, the XIIth guard faces village in the middle of the city, the proof is: Bercy village is the perfect place to find this perfume of borough! But if that's not enough, go for the Bois de Vincennes, ideal for a walk or a small jog or the bassin of the arsenal, a small marina located in the heart of the capital.

Do not forget to take a short detour through the market of Aligre open every day except Mondays! All around, shops and cafes guarantee a very dynamic atmosphere, especially in the morning.

Finally, do not leave without having made a tour by the promenade planted, an old viaduct transformed into a pedestrian promenade, which houses many restaurants, studio of designers and galleries of art.

Just down the street from Porte de Vincennes of metro line 1, head to anywhere in Paris within minutes!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (2 PM).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
