Located on Paradise Island on Paradise Lane in tropical beachfront town of Treasure Island Florida. My waterfront condo is a short walking distance to the Sunset beach, shops, bars, restaurants and entertainment.
This small waterfront complex with only 14 units is located on Paradise Island. Nestled along the Intracoastal Waterway between multi million dollar homes. My waterfront condo in paradise is a browns floor unit with easy covered access to both front and back doors. Included in your stay you will have a waterfront heated pool, fishing dock, boat slip access, outdoor grill area as well as covered entertainment area with dining tables. My unit also includes covered private parking just outside your back door . A short walking distance to the beach and all of Treasure Islands shops, bars, restaurants, parks and grocery stores. My condo has just undergone a recent renovation, all appliances are new as well as most furnishings. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you'll need to prepare and cook your meal indoors or on the small grill just outside the kitchen door. It's a quiet cozy little place. You will never want to leave. This is my Paradise . Enjoy!

You will need a vehicle to get around but parking is easy as we have a carport.

Nice & cozy waterfront condo

Had a wonderful time here. Nice condo on the water. Brought the boat and kept it in the slip. Very clean and quiet. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants. I would book again.

Everything was neat and clean. Convenient to area attractions and beautiful waterfront views. Perfect for a couple but not more. A large vehicle would find it very difficult to park in the carport. We would stay there again.

Very nice for a small place

Location was great. Short walk to the beach and you could sit out on the water. Very nice decoration. The only draw back is that the place was very small. There is a bedroom but no door to it. No storage to unpack your suitcase. We had 3 people there. And it was tight for us. But it was decorated very nicely and clean.

This was a very nice place to stay for a getaway. Everything was pretty much in order. Fishing was fantastic. My only thought, the TV in the livingroom has issues and I messaged the manager but never received a response. While we didn't watch much TV, acknowledgement of my message regarding the concern would have been nice.

Our two week stay

First off thanks Cristine for your help in helping us access the unit after we were unable to retrieve the email with the needed instructions. The unit came as it was advertised very clean with a well equipped kitchen with unbelievable parking right at the rear door. Everyone there were friendly and helpful. The first day 7 dolphins put on a show in the water in front of the dock. The swimming pool was a welcome site after a day out in the sun. The bedroom although very comfortable did not allow much move ability around it as was stated in previous reviews My only wish was that their had been a kettle and a tea pot. Overall we loved the place and would stay again

Great Place.

This property had a great location for my needs. It was clean. The bed was comfortable. I enjoyed my stay. I would stay here again. I would recommend for 1-2 people. I could never get TV in bedroom on the wifi so not sure if it was my lack of technological savvy or if there was an issue. Thank you very much.

Boat slip is awesome

Great place to stay if you have a boat. Master bedroom gets a little warm , need to run fan because air off mini split does not reach that room. Would add 2nd mini split. But besides that everything was perfect. Great place.

it's nice but I would recommend 2 ppl staying only there isn't a fan in the one bedroom. as well as I never found the one beach the was nearby.

We had a great time here. The place was cozy and comfortable. Unfortunately the swimming pool wasn’t available and the work on the pool made the dock inexcessible. It was nice to walk around town and to the beach. It was nice having the car port to park in but couldn’t use the door there because no way to unlock it from the outside. Would have been nice if there was a combination door lock on that door like on the front door so you could use either door. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return again.
