This charming 22 m² apartment in Strasbourg can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the first floor, it comprises an attractive 22 m² living room, fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom (with shower and bath). Housekeeping is included in the rental price, and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival. The studio is on the ground floor, accessible only by stairs (3-4 steps up).

All rooms are on the same level.

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 22 m² living room with TV, sofa bed, coffee table, TV, dining table with chairs and a fold-away bed for 2 people (the bed is in the white wardrobe).
- Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, hob, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kitchen utensils...
- Bathroom with bathtub, washbasin with mirror, heated towel rail.

Exterior:
The apartment is ideally located in Strasbourg, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

The studio is located in the Krutenau district. The bars and restaurants here are in tune with the times, and the trendy galleries and boutiques have made this warm, village-like area one of Strasbourg's liveliest and friendliest.
Here you'll find the Bains municipaux, and the Zurichois fountain...All small shops are within walking distance: bakeries 2 minutes away, supermarket 6 minutes, hyper center 7 minutes.

- Krutenau bus stop (line 30) 2 min. walk
- Université" streetcar stop 8 min walk
- Train station 15 min by public transport

- The television is equipped with a Chromecast. It does not receive public channels. There is no decoder.

Access to the accommodation is from 4pm. Keys can be collected from a key dispenser in a launderette located approximately 700 m from the accommodation. PLEASE NOTE: The launderette closes at 9pm, so check-in will not be possible after 9pm.

Arrival between 22:00 and 00:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.
