Living room has a large sectional and leather recliner, perfect for watching TV, relaxing or enjoying the view.
Rare end unit provides extra light in dining room and fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep easy. Unit also features a wet bar with small sink and ice maker.
Master bedroom has floor to ceiling windows, king bed, TV and private bath with soaking tub.
Both guest rooms have king beds, TV's, bath vanities and share a hall bathroom. Laundry facilities on site.
The popular gated seaside community of Litchfield by the Sea offers family fun including pool, tennis courts and fishing lakes.
