Our luxury Lucky Emerald pool home is nestled in the exquisite, upscale, highly requested, gated Emerald Island Resort just 2.5 miles from Disney World's front door. Our 4 bedroom/3 bath/fully furnished home has room for 10 to sleep, dine, and get away and relax in comfort. After the parks or dinner, retreat to your own private pool for a relaxing swim, or to the air conditioned game room for a game of pool or air hockey. Golfers: 20 courses within 20 miles (Get your golf buddies and book a get-away). Ladies: how about a get away to shop, sun, and relax, or golf! We can often arrange other homes to accommodate larger groups. Free, reliable, high-speed wireless internet. Cable TV connected to 5 flat screen TV's (family room and all 4 bedrooms). Driveway parking for 2 vehicles with additional curb side parking. Only 15-20 minutes to other major theme parks such as Universal Studios, Sea World, Gatorland, Aquatica or shopping and dining at Disney Springs or City Walk. There are many other restaurants and stores for shopping (all the major ones) within 2 miles of our villa.

Amazing property in the perfect location

We spent 10 happy days at Lucky Emerald. The property was exactly as stated in the listing. David and Aimee were the perfect hosts, answering all of our queries and requests quickly. The property is well-appointed with every amenity imaginable. Emerald Island itself is a really well-managed, secure resort within easy reach of Disney World and Universal Orlando. I would heartily recommend this property to anyone wishing to stay in the Kissimmee area!

Family vacation in Orlando

House was very nice and perfect for our needs. I would have expected more of 'the basics' to be in the house. For example, three rolls of toilet paper for four days with seven people is not sufficient; enough dishwasher soap to do more than two loads, basic kitchen supplies (plastic wrap, aluminum foil).

Halloween Disney Trip

We had a great stay, the house is very nice and has everything you could need. The game room is a nice touch for quiet nights. It’s well decorated and very comfortable. The owners were very communicative, helpful and easy to reach. Thank you for the great stay and a home away from home.

Our trip

Nice clean home, managers easy to get a hold of. Safe parking within gated community, easy and short commute to Disney parks. Home has Two Master bedrooms with King beds. Pool table, air hockey and video games in the garage. Plenty of Books laying around to read. Off street parking. Highly recommend.

Wonderful!

We were a group of 10 staying to celebrate my daughter’s 18th with her friends and family. With 3 full bathrooms and comfortable large beds and a fully furnished home away from home, this place is an absolute delight! Convenience to the parks, a lovely neighborhood to walk around, and a peaceful pool area made the stay great. With a large group, this was a perfect place to stay, very comfortable and beautifully decorated. The air hockey table and pool table were enjoyed, and I appreciated the large washer and dryer.

Nice Resort Home

Stay was fine, have been to enough homes to know that nothing is perfect. Pool was pretty dirty, no wash clothes in house provided, in general it wasn't cleaned that well, crumbs on the tables around place mats. 2 out of the 3 toilets had bad flappers and refilled every 20 mins. No top sheets on the one bed.

Clean comfortable home

The house is nice, clean and comfortable. The only reason I didn’t give a five star rating is the water pressure in the house is quite low. I imagine that is a pretty expensive fix and that certainly didn’t ruin the trip, but it was noticeable.

Great Family Vacation Rental

We immediately felt the homey welcome atmosphere as we entered the home. In the 5 years of rentals at Emerald Island Resort, this home is well-stocked with kitchen items for cooking and entertaining. Sufficuent towels for personal use and for the pool. Such a warm cozy atmoshere! All beds were comfortable after our busy days. Highly recommend this rental.

Pre Thanksgiving stay

Had a great trip and did some golfing. Aimee and David were very responsive to any questions I had before the trip, during, and follow up. Property was as shown and was great. A Wonderful House and Location with Great Hosts.

We had a wonderful time staying here. The close proximity to the parks, Malls and i192 for all the shops and restaurants is great. We loved the pool table and pool area for a bit of relaxation. It’s spacious and clean with everything you need. Also having a tv area and separate lounge area was useful. Thank you David and Aimee for letting us stay and the great communication throughout. We would definitely stay again.

Disney Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay over Easter week. The house was as described and was great for our family. The bunk room was perfect for us to fit 3 kids while still having 3 other rooms for parents and grand parents. The neighborhood was nice and a great respite from all the busyness of days in the theme parks. It was convenient to have commercial areas nearby as well. The owners were very responsive to follow up on some minor issues.
