Quiet neighborhood with privacy and great location. The fire pit and side yard was a nice way to relax after a day at the beach. Neighbors were very friendly and helpful.
It was perfect to come to, when we were done with meetings and business. Relax discuss the day, what's next and laugh & enjoy each other. Rest for the next day.
The 2 neighborhood bunnies were a joy too!
Great 2 bedroom beach cabin, short walk to a nice bay beach, 2 mile easy drive to ocean beach with surfing, walking distance to restaurant, grocery stores, deli and coffee shops, we will definitely stay here again.
We always blasted by this little town, but would love to stay again. Super cool low tide creature hunting.
The house was just what we needed. Not to fancy, but totally functional.
Beds were good. Property clean. We had several very nice evenings around the fire pit. Big yard.
Had a bit of a challenge with adequate outlets for devices and sleep fans.
This little house was perfect for us! It is obviously an older home but that added to its charm. It was clean and well stocked with everything we could want including an amazing collection of movies. We were able to roast hot dogs and marshmallows, have hot chocolate… of course, the amazing party of Oregon is this beautiful coat which has great access from here! We loved every minute of it-including whale watching, lighthouse visits, waterfalls, beach play and driving through beautiful green country!

A OK
THIS PROPERTY NEEDS SOME SAFETY FEATURES IN BATHROOM, ALMOST FELL IN TUB,
WANTS YOU TO PARK IN "BACK" DRIVEWAY BUT BUSHES WERE OVERGROWN
UPDATE THE INSTRUCTIONS - ONE PLACE SAID DO LAUNDRY AND THE OTHER SAID STACK ON WASHER
NOT CLOSE TO BEACH, BUT IT WAS A OK
The photos were pretty accurate, although the living room furniture could have been more comfortable. And the photo of the steps to the beach do not show the bottom which ends on large rocks with no railings near the rocks, so for older people it is dangerous. However, it is a short drive to a parking lot further down the beach.Just about everything we needed was provided. The bathroom area was good, good shower, plenty of towels, although the toilet was small. Kitchen had plenty of utensils and pans, and it had good appliances. However, we do not buy bottled water because we have good water at home, and we were forced to buy bottled water because the water is heavily chlorinated, so suggest bringing bottled water or a Brita type filter pitcher. Would be nice to have blackout shades or darker curtains in bedrooms.

Nice getaway but..
Upon arrival the house was not cleaned.. when I messaged the owner she let me know the cleaning person had fallen and didn’t communicate with her so that was understandable.. it was a bit stressful having to clean all the bedsheets and towels after traveling.. the overall stay was nice, everything you can think of is provided at the house.. some things are outdated. A charcoal grill and little fire pit are there for use which was very nice.. very close to the beach but downside if you want to walk there is a long walk down and not suitable for older people or small children.. there is beach access down the road but parking is horrible.. lastly there was “WiFi provided” but when trying to log in a message came up and said the bill hasn’t been paid.. very upsetting that it is posted WiFi is available but when letting the owner know she said she would look into and get back to me but never did…
Very nice, clean and had everything needed. The only part that was hard was to get all the linens and towels washed and dryed by 11. Other than that would book this home again.
House is very dated but it’s fine for a short term rental. Netarts is an awesome little community, not the best beaches but is a great jumping off point if you are exploring the coast. Great clamming within a three minute walk of the bay, A short drive to Tillamook that has everything you need. Awesome little markets also within walking distance. House had some issues, Wi-Fi did not work for the first four days of our stay, property owner was completely unresponsive for four days also which was frustrating. Eventually got back with us and had it fixed by shipping a new modem and router to the home. Old wood floors gave our son two splinters over the course of two weeks, I wouldn’t recommend kids walking around barefoot inside but its an old house with old wood floors. Smoke alarms also went off one morning at 3 AM, three separate times, no smoke, no explanation. They were also wired into the house, so they couldn’t simply be shut off but did turn off after about 10 seconds each time. Overall, for the price, it is a good inexpensive option but keep your expectations clear. Neighbors are also super kind and friendly, we left them as friends so it was a great time overall.
Like staying at grandma’s house! Very simple but clean- had everything we needed for our short stay. (Great shower with good water pressure!) Would absolutely stay again with our 3 boys!
(Beware of the king bed frame feet though! Every one of us kicked it on accident, and I might have broken a toe!) ouchie!
It’s close-ish to the beach and several small shops, make sure to go through the tunnel in Oceanside at low tide and hunt for agates!

We loved our family weekend getaway. Looking firward to a longer stay next time. Kids loved being able to walk to the store ans beach. Great spot.
Thank you for the perfect little cottage near the beach. It was very clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable also. And the kitchen was well supplied with everything you needed for cooking a meal. We appreciated the enclosed area outside the house to leave wet shoes without getting the house dirty. Would love to stay here again!
