Located at the estuary of the Nehalem River and the Pacific Ocean, this spacious, family-friendly vacation rental is ready to be your next home-away-from-home at the Oregon Coast. Save a little money and prepare meals at home in the well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and then dine indoors at the table for eight or right outside at the table for four. This property is brimming with entertainment options including a cozy living area with a sectional sofa and flatscreen TV, a garage game room with foosball, shuffleboard, and Ping-Pong, and a soothing outdoor hot tub to cap off your days. The possibilities for fun in this area here are endless and include fishing, crabbing, surfing, kayaking, beachcombing, hiking, and whale watching.

Please note that this home includes a detached studio above the garage.
Two double sofabeds provide additional sleeping options.
High chair, age-appropriate games and dinnerware, and baby gates provided for younger guests.
Two adult bikes, beach towels, and four beach chairs are available for guest use.
Streaming services are available with guests' accounts.
Outlet covers are available to protect younger guests.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Family Getaway

This was the perfect spot for our family! Access to the beach was amazing. Having enough rooms and bathrooms to accommodate our entire family was perfect. The hot tub was the icing on the cake for this house. We will rent this home again.

Such a beautiful house

Nedonna beach home

This was a wonderful place to stay, a 5 minute walk to beach access. I recommend only 3 couples. The extra room is small and good for children with a secret hideaway. The firepit, hot tub and game garage was fun. Bring an extra ice chest for groceries. There is only minimal grocery store close by. Overall excellent place for your family vacation!

Family vacation

We had ten people and all the rooms and the tree bathrooms were great. Games in the garage were so fun for all of us. Hot tub was nice and always great to get around the fire pit at night.

Wonderful house for extended family of all ages!

Wonderful house for our entire family. House was clean and well appointed. Easy walk to the beach. Bikes, body boards, blankets , and towels made beach time easy and fun! Hot tub was an added delight after a long day of hiking and playing!

Place has been well used and shows it

Things that needed repair: Main level bathroom, sink drain stopper bent and unmoveable. Shower door does not latch. Shower spigot vey difficult to turn culd lead to someone getting burned. Why were there no tissues in the bathrooms? There was a broken fan in the game room The grill had an empty propane tank, another was delivered but no one was able to attach it as the valve was frozen and had to ask for a working lighter as the one at the place was empty. FYI the 2 large shells that were in the LR are in the closet. The sheets on the bed in the main floor bedroom were quite worn.

May Family Vacation.

This is a cute little house perfect for a family of 6. Close to beach. Good Hot tub Wi-Fi is adequate TV was not hard to figure out unlike some houses. We had some issues with cleaning that we took care of on our own, however Vacasa did reach out to me very promptly to see if we needed help. The beds are pretty hard. BBQ needs replaced. The location is great. There is parking for a boat up to 24' next to the garage and there is a hose to rinse down that was handy.

Nedonna Beach House is amazing!

We have stayed in Rockaway Beach several times and all I can say is that this home is amazing! The PERFECT set up for three couples and two kids .. each having their own bedrooms, own privacy, and own bathrooms. The house is very well cared for and would be in the top tier of other homes in the area. I had thought we were about a block and a half away from the beach. Nope. Just three houses. Amazing. I would honestly trade my home for this one today. I know I'm being somewhat undescriptive, but it would take me 10,000 words to say how wonderful this home is. Rent it. You will never regret it.

Amazing winter weekend

Had a perfect stay for two night at this beach house. Everything you could need was there. It was cozy and clean and well equipped. So close to the beach and had a giant game room which, honestly we never got to but loved having he option. 10/10 will try to stay here again.

Our favorite house

We love the fact it has three seperate living areas perfect for three groups. I hate the fact that you get charged for hot tub use whether you use it or not with no way to not pay the extra charge. The hot tub lid is severely broken and lets in tree needles and rain. There are other little things that need to be updated like the toilet paper holders that literally fall off the wall everytime and the upstairs carpet that smelled strongly of urine when we arrived. The kitchen items are always hit or miss in what will be there and the condition of it. We still love the house and location and make due despite the fees and taxes!

Property needs attention.

Both upstairs sleeping areas were very hot as the windows were broken and not operational. One of the kitchen cabinet doors fell off during our stay. Vacasa responded quickly with a temporary repair. Do not go if the weather is warm! We had to purchase an extra fan locally to be able to sleep upstairs! On a positive note, the outside area is great with a fire ring and a large dining table.

Bring the whole family! Just watch out on the stairs...

We booked this property for our annual family beach trip and it was great! The garage came equipped with multiple games for us to enjoy together. We were minutes away from several beach access points which made a lovely walking loop. The hot tub is equipped with an assistance arm to help lift the cover so my aging mother was able to open and close it on her own any time she wanted a soak. The only downside was the carpet on the stairs inside the main house was quite slick so we had several slip-fall incidents but no injuries. The kids all thought it was funny to see aunty slip and land on her bottom! This is a wonderful property. We have it bookmarked as a favorite so we can book it again in the future. I definitely recommend it to other large groups. Jut be careful on the stairs ;)

Nedonna Beach House

Mrs. Kivlen: Beautiful house, well laid out for privacy for our family of 10. Location is spectacular for beach access or a walk in town. There is ALOT of wear and tear as I'm sure this beautiful location gets many bookings. House was cleaned prior to our occupancy. With the exception of laundry detergent, dish and hand soap, there were no household cleaning supplies to maintain cleanliness in the kitchen or bathrooms, so bring your own. Carpet and sofa upholstery was stained and likely not cleaned on the reg. Hot tub is excellent, but missing headrests and 50% of the jets don't work. No one came to balance or clean it during our two week stay. So if you don't know how, you should negotiate to have it done if the tub gets a lot of use.

Nedonna beach house

This cottage was clean, comfortable and well stocked with all kitchen and cooking necessities. Hot tub was great, but needed cleaning as there was already sand and needles in the tub. Everything was great however. Easy access, beach is only a block away. I would highly recommend this house to anyone. I would gladly stay here over and over. Great neighborhood, nice people and just a really nice place to stay. Just wish I had 2 weeks instead of 1!

Great location and space

House is laid out well and location is excellent. Only a block from beach paths and neighborhood is quiet. Games in garage were great though the shuffle board has seen better days. The garage needs a good cleaning as there is a urine smell so we had to keep the doors open while in there.

Relaxation

We spent a long weekend here with another couple and their kids. Such a great spot for relaxation. The kitchen was well stocked. They have a great surround sound system set up in the living room. The kids had so much fun roaming the property. My 7 year old wants me to mention that they have an excellent hill near their favorite hiding spot. They were not bored once. We all want to book again for next year. My only recommendation is to get new dining room chairs. They are heavy metal and uncomfortable. I can tell they are scraping up their beautiful hard wood floors.

Just right, close to beach, great for family reunion

This was the perfect place for our first trip to the Oregon Coast! A small family gathering of 3 couples while the pandemic is still go on. We cooked, we played games, we walked the beach every single day (mostly twice), soaked in the hot tub and played pingpong in the garage. Very nice to have seperate bin of towels for the hot tub and imagine the beach in warmer months. The kitchen was well equipped, the bathrooms were all very nice with good amount of towels. We cooked all of our meals at the house and had plenty of room to relax. The only downside was the sectional in the living room was small and needed a deep cleaning. Everything else was perfect! Thank you! We will be back

A Perfect Winter Getaway

Lovely place to stay during stormy Oregon winters, and I can't imagine what it'd be like in the summer! The hot tub was great, the surround sound was great, and it was an overall wonderful experience. 10/10 will return!
