Step inside this cool and calming condo with a view of the ocean (from its private furnished balcony, of course). Take a load off and enjoy the comfort of central air-conditioning and enjoy a favorite show on the living room's TV. The full kitchen features full-size appliances, a dishwasher, and a bonus pantry space with extra cooking tools for guests to use. Younger You can enjoy resting in the built-in wall bunks. Both bedroom suites include a private balcony entrance, plus an en suite bathroom that includes a standalone shower and a soaking tub (one also features double sinks). In addition to everything in this condo, You can enjoy access to two shared pools (one heated seasonally), an outdoor shower, a lazy river, and a shared fitness room during their stay.

Spacious, convineient, Beach view!

We were pleasently surprised how spacious the condo was. It was beautifully updated & had everything your would need. I loved how stocked it was. It had a great view of the pool/lazy river & beach! Super convenient to thr elevator & we walked to AJ’s a couple times. We definitely plan to visit again! Thank you for such a nice & relaxing stay for our fall break.

I can’t think of a better place for my family on the beach. We have an almost 2 year old and this place was MADE for her. Beautiful beach, clean pools, and tons of options for little ones. The property was perfect and spacious. Already planning our next visit!

We loved the location. So convenient to lazy river and beach access. Condo had everything we needed except a couple of blankets. There are covers for the beds but they were very thin. Let me add.. the beds were SOOOO COMFORTABLE!!!! Condo was clean and maintenance came quickly to fix shower head that had minimal water spray. Overall experience was great.

Perfection!

We took an adults only trip for the weekend and had the best time. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. We have stayed at several places near Destin and this was by far the best experience we’ve had thus far. We have zero complaints. Everything was wonderful. The people at the front desk were friendly and very helpful. We will definitely be bringing our girls back to stay in this condo.

Property and room @ Waterscape was perfect as usual. We have stayed in this room 3xs and never have any complaints. LVP flooring is a nice upgrade. Master bed is firm but comfortable. Room was clean and fully equipped with kitchen utensils/dishes/cookware.

As a mother traveling with her two kids, I felt like this condo was safe. Also for the pools and beach view. Upon arrival, enter your gate code to the garage and follow the signs. Be cautious while taking the turns in the garage since it is a tight squeeze. It's 5MPH zone so watch out for other vehicles/guests. Park on the first turn onto level 4. This is where B units are located. The walk to the unit from the garage is a good distance. (Last unit before glass double doors) You will pass the elevator on your right that will take you down to the pool/beach access area. Trash chute is next to this elevator. Have your arm bands with you if you are going to use the pool. There is a toy chest not far from exiting the elevator for you to use on the beach. First come, first serve. I didn't use the beach chairs and umbrella, but if you want to reserve, you would just need to tell the guys out on the beach your unit number. If your are a coffee drinker, you will need supplies for the Keurig Duo. Washer/Dryer worked just fine for me. Laundry pods, Dishwasher pods, dish soap, dish sponge, travel shampoo/conditioner, bar soap were provided. Plenty of bath and hand towels. Beds were comfortable. Wifi worked just fine for all of our electronics. Didn't have Wifi interruptions while working on the trip. My original code to the keypad didn't work, but was resolved quickly upon my late arrival. I will definitely put this unit on my first pick on our future return.

This resort is very accommodating, the staff keep great communication with the guest, B408 was a very nice place for our family, perfect view while cooking and enjoying the sunrise and sunset! We will book this room again without hesitation!

Great unit. Would stay again!

The unit itself was great. Perfect space for our family of 5. You can tell it was renovated as the floors, bathroom vanities, etc. all look newer than some of the other units appeared to be. The view from the balcony was a good balance between the pool and the ocean. I would definitely choose this unit on this property again! Only annoyance was because there were no rugs, there was nothing to catch the sand from our shoes or from the beach stuff. We took our shoes off at the door, but I still had to sweep daily. Also, the management's cleaning company really needs to invest the time to mop with an actual mop/bucket between guests instead of just a Swiffer. The bottoms of our feet turned black from the dirty floors the very first morning we were there. (Before we even went outside to get the sand on our shoes to bring back inside. Ha!) I had a friend in another unit and without prompting she complained that her family's feet looked the same before they left their room to go outside the unit. Minor complaint though. The unit was great!

We had an amazing week at Waterscapes. B408 was even nicer than the photos portrayed. The staff was very attentive with any questions or requests we had. The Beach was beautiful…soft white sand and crystal clear water. Definitely plan on visiting again!

Fall Break 2022

We have been to Waterscape the past three years and never been disappointed. Grounds are well manicured, grills and pool areas are cleaned daily!! Room was in perfect condition!! - extra pillows and towels were a nice benefit! Property felt completely safe and secure. Chairs with umbrellas in the beach was another benefit. Kudos to the owners of 408B (thank you for such a lovely room/facility.
