3 star holiday home (south facing) Schanze 17! You have found us here, then you can find us under a few jump on the net, or 02975 then 1239, that makes everything easier! With panoramic views (ground floor), small but fine (ground floor), Sonnblick (ground floor) and starry (OG) in the Hochsauerland am Rothaarsteig, ideal for up to 6-8 people (up to a maximum of 18) vacationers, with 6 bedrooms, 2 terraces , Balcony, 4 x kitchen, 2 stoves, extends over a total of 270m ² with great views over the Rothaargebirge.
Was completely renovated in 2013 + 2014 + 2017 + 2018.
We have the possibility to accommodate 2/4/6/8 +++ up to 18 people flexibly according to the wishes of our guests. An on-site care is available.
High chairs and additional sleeping facilities can be provided.
Wi-Fi is available.
Amenities incl. Bed linen, towels are to bring.
Parking directly outside the house. Storage space for skis or bikes are available.

Rustige omgeving waar je goed kan wandelen. Tot onze verrassing was het niet 1 appartement maar meerder. Kwam ons goed uit. Goed onderhouden alhoewel de banken in de tuin vervangen mogen worden en het hek van balkon is kapot. Wij hebben het in ieder geval naar onze zin gehad.

Schönes Haus, aber außen ungepflegt
Es ist ein schönes Haus, besonders die erste Etage ist sehr schön. Die obere wurde etwas vernachlässigt aber das Haus ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet.

Familienfeier mit Großeltern, "großen" Kindern / Eltern, Enkelkindern
Ein sehr schönes Haus landschaftlich wunderschön gelegen. Die Wohnungen sind alle sehr gemütlich und funktionsgerecht eingerichtet (wir hatten drei). Unsere Familienfeier haben wir in der Panoramawohnung gefeiert, die ist etwas kleiner hat aber den sehr schönen offenen Kamin aber im großzügigen Wohn- / Küchenbereich. Kaminholz war reichlich vorhanden. Auch der kleine Ort Schanze ist wirklich nett. Die "Almhütte" am Lift (Betreiber sind auch Vermieter des Hauses) ist sehr zu empfehlen. Wir hatten großes Glück mit dem Wetter (Neuschnee und Sonne). - Für uns ein kleiner Wermutstropfen: der Lift läuft nicht mehr, wir mussten zum Skifahren nach Altastenberg.

Eine Traumlage und sehr kinderfreundlich
Die beide Wohnungen waren sehr schön und boten 2 E und 4 K einen sehr schönen, entspannten Wochenendaufenthalt. Die Wohnung Sternenhimmel war sehr modern ausgestattet und erst kürzlich renoviert. Die Vermieten waren sehr entspannt und freundlich. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
