Discover our charming 72m² duplex (56m² under Carrez law) with a balcony offering a lovely view of the majestic Pointe d'Areu.

Haven - Les Carroz Apartment:
On the ground floor, you'll find an open kitchen connected to the living area, a shower room, and a toilet.
Upstairs, there are three double bedrooms (one of which is attic-style) and a small attic room equipped with a single bed and a trundle bed, perfect for young children. Each bedroom has its own storage.
For your comfort, beds will be made upon your arrival. Additionally, a private ski locker with a key is at your disposal.

Ideal Location:
Enjoy privileged access to the slopes, with the Bardelle slope at your feet and access to the Kedeuze gondola via two covered conveyor belts (see the map in the photos). A free shuttle is also available to drop you off at the base of the gondola, with a stop right in front of the residence.

Just a 4-minute walk will take you to the lively heart of Carroz's town center, a warm and welcoming family-friendly resort. Les Carroz also serves as your gateway to the vast Grand Massif ski area, offering miles of slopes suitable for all levels.

Our Haven - Les Carroz apartment has a total of 10 beds (3 double beds, 1 single bed, 1 trundle bed, and 1 sofa bed). To ensure your optimal comfort, the maximum capacity allowed in the apartment is 8 people.

Rentals are primarily from Saturday to Saturday. However, if you have specific rental needs for shorter periods, don't hesitate to contact us. We are here to tailor our services to your wishes and make your stay as pleasant as possible.
