Ocean and sunset view apartment Brand New and Central
This apartment is located in the secured centrally located resort named Royal Palm Resort. The resort has a communal pool, and is at walking distance from the Parassa Beach and the Marriot Hotel. Nearby is the beautiful Pirate Bay beach, and several great restaurants. This apartment is brand new, has large TV's, good internet connection and has everything you might need during your stay. Furthermore, the apartment has an amazing ocean view, a garage to keep your car out of the heat and an elevator to take you to the apartment.
The space
The apartment is brand new, and comes with two large TV's a 70 inch TV and a 60 Inch tv they both are smart TV's with Netflix. The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave and oven, the fridge has an ice maker. There is a wash-machine and a dryer available. From the kitchen you have an amazing ocean view also from the balcony.
Other things to note
Electricity use will be charged separately. As the costs can run up a lot when the air-conditioning's are left on. Therefore, we will check the usage at departure and charge this separately, with normal use the costs will not be much.
