Cabin was nicely decorated and felt very homey. Kitchen had all essentials needed to make breakfast, lunch, dinner. The porch as nice and also had a gas grill.
In the pictures, the loft area included 2 daybeds. However, the daybeds were in not loft area when we arrived. Instead there were about 6 pull out cushion beds that were much smaller than a twin mattress when pulled out. Queen and king beds downstairs were comfy.
Pool and back deck behind the cabin was really nice.
The lack of drainage around the other cabins did have a bit of a stench towards the front of the cabin due to standing water from ac units.
Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend if you are looking to stay on the lake in a cabin.

Dirty with issues
When getting to the tiny cabin at first glance everything looked good when dropping our stuff off and running out the door. However unfortunately when we were getting ready for bed the problems arose. The upstairs “foldable beds” cannot be used for sleeping. They have bars running through them. Thankfully my youngest could sleep on the love seat in the living room. So it’s beds for 4 not 10. It needs a deep clean. We were gone all day Saturday. Everything started to pile up Saturday evening and I contacted the owner. The corners in most rooms have spider webs, the dishes were dirty in the cabinets (with stuck on food and coffee) dishwasher was nasty inside. There were clean towels and hand towels but no wash rags. The master bedroom bed and queen bed were comfortable. The shower had small black hairs all in the bottom. One of the breakers must have went out (but we tried to flip them) and the lights upstairs, master bedroom lights and plug, porch lights would not work. No mattress protection on mattresses either. The weather got really bad and some small streams of water were running down the wall. The owner did offer a smaller cabin to sleep in but it was storming really bad and we just dealt with it and packed up as soon as we got up this morning. They are only offering return of the cleaning fee, which in my opinion is not enough. We totally understand a few things not being up to par, but this was too many.
This was the perfect spot for our family get away. We brought the boat and was able to dock it right behind the cabin. Location on lake was ideal. Good fishing and calm waters. Host provided everything we needed for stay. Would stay here again.
The Cabin is called "tiny" but has LOTS of room! Nicely furnished and beds are really comfortable! The host Maria was very easy to reach for the couple of snags we had and very helpful. The view of the water off the porch was really pleasant for coffee and sunset was beautiful! We spent most of the weekend out there. Although we didn't use the pool area this trip, it looked very inviting, even for Oct. 7-8th. We had two couples come Saturday and they all commented on how spacious and cozy the cabin was. I highly recommend you spend your staycation On Lake Time! I will definitely stay again!
Nice to relax on the large covered deck overlooking the water while the kids enjoyed the pool. Close enough to stores and restaurants to find whatever we needed. Since we were not planning to get out on the lake this spot on the cove was nice and had plenty of room for our group to spread out for quiet time, but comfortable when gathered as a group. We really enjoyed it.
The inside is absolutely stunning and roomy! They have just about everything you’ll need to cook out and enjoy family time! The patio is a huge plus! Overall, a great family house to stay in
We had a great stay. Owners were excellent. Response was almost immediately. House was nice. When we got there the floor needed swept (no big deal). It didn’t have any pans to be used in the oven, we had to buy a few. It was a great experience and our children loved it…..we even came home with a puppy from there from Kathy. No complaints about this place. We recommend!!!!
This is a small cottage located in Willis on a part of the lake that is very shallow. There is a boat launch adjacent but we weren’t able to get the boat in there and had to access from across the street. The only complaint about inside the house is that there were a lot of bugs, the patio was unusable because it was filled with dead bugs. Inside you have to be careful with leaving food because ants are everywhere. For the cleaning fee we paid I felt that the bug issue should have been better addressed. The property itself is ok, parking is limited, no reserved parking for those each cottage so if others are visiting you might not find parking. The community pool is fine as well, could be cleaner. Because of how close the cottages are arranged it can get loud at night. The cottage itself is new and well decorated.
