Distribution: entrance - 1 separate bedroom with 2 bunk beds (sleeps 4) and access to the balcony facing west - 1 bathroom with bathtub, toilet and washbasin - living room with dining area, sitting area with sofa bed, TV and WIFI - open kitchen equipped with cooker with ceramic hob, oven, fridge. Access to the exposed balcony from the living room.
Included in the rental: 1 private parking space in the garage of the building, access to the heated swimming pool. In the building: lift and ski room. Non-smoking flat and no pets allowed
The building *Les Genêts* is located in the Tracouet ski lift area, right next to the ski slopes. 150 m from the departure of the cable car and 200 m from the bakery. Funicular to reach the downhill part of the resort at 150m.
