Our Beachside Villa on 30A is a short one minute walk to the gorgeous Seagrove Beach. Enjoy your stay at our updated family friendly first floor condo. Pet friendly! Just steps from the beautiful location of Seagrove Beach and nestled next to Eastern lake. Spend days on the beach with easy access back to the condo. Access to Beachside Villa amenities (2 pools/1 heated), tennis courts and shuffleboard. Unit includes two large bedrooms with King and Full beds and sofa sleeper.

The property could use a little TLC. For me, an entrance door can say a lot about a home. The villa entrance door was filthy, and the dirt was not just a week of dust and sand. We were also disappointed in the outdoor patio. It was very dirty and not just sweep the concrete floor dirty. Take some time to clean the premises for an appealing look. As far as the inside of the villa, we felt the floor hadn't been cleaned for some time. As far as the overall area, the premises met our expectations, and we would visit the area again in the future.

Great Condo!!

The location to the beach is fantastic! This was a perfect condo for our family, 2 teens and 2 dogs. Finding a pet friendly condo isn’t easy, so we were so happy to find this one. Our kids also absolutely loved playing pickleball on the court. Very quiet and family friendly. Most definitely would stay here again.

Perfect for us and the dogs.

Having the beach right there was great. And no stairs down to the beach. The dog area is nice added touch. Also the golf cart service to the beach is nice on hot day.

Aside from the hurricane ruining the beach for us. This location was the best part of our little get away. Absolutely the cleanest place we've ever stayed at!! (we're very picky with cleanliness) Bethany is so nice and helpful!! Will definitely be staying again!

Not as easy to get to the beach as we hoped

It was nice to be in an area that is near restaurants, coffee shops, and small shops. It was not too far from a Publix! The condo itself was on a nicely maintained property with friendly staff. It’s nice that it is dog friendly. The beds and couch in the condo could use updating, they’re not too comfy to sleep on. Unfortunately we were informed by locals and other guests that the boardwalk that is easily accessible from the condo that takes you to the beach now leads to private beach in which there is a hired guard who will call the cops on you. The beach that is not private is a walk down the street and a far distance to the actual water which makes it difficult for someone with any type of physical restriction such as sore joints, cardiac issues, etc. We always opted to go the public beach that is not a short walk and would require transportation. Luckily, the condo complex provides a golf cart shuttle during the day during certain times of the year. Charlotte was our favorite part of the stay!

Best Stay Ever!

We had the absolute best stay! The location is perfectly located between two separate beach areas that we used and enjoyed. The pool was great when the waves got too big for the little ones. We had everything we needed at the condo to enjoy cooking together and movies at night. We will be back for sure.

Easy breezy

My family of 5 plus a dog had a wonderful getaway to the beach. The condo is small, but met our needs nicely. The kitchen is well stocked with basics. The beach is what we came for and it did not disappoint! The immediate access point is literally a minute's walk with 2 wash off points on the way back. The private beach for the villas isn't much further and has excellent sandbars for young and old alike. We also took advantage of the shuffleboard courts at the property.

Beach Break

The property was quite small but had two bedrooms & two baths and slept at least 8. It would be very difficult to have more than 4 people staying there. The location was very close to the beach but due to the issue of 'private property' rule, had to take a shuttle or walk a ways to get to the public beach area. If access to the beach was more accessible, then we'd stay there again.

Needs some updates

The condo needs a clean, when we got there, there was still wet laundry in the washer. There were no beach towels and the beach chairs were broken. The master toilet was also getting stuck and had water running. There was a big roach in the master shower. All in all the condo needs deep cleaning. The master bed was very uncomfortable seemed pretty old where the springs hurt my back immensely. There was no laundry detergent provided so I had to run to target to grab some and left it at the property for the next renters. Because there is new constructions and updates happening the water was shut off for a period of time. The location of the property is pretty good and is walkable to a lot of places once this place gets a deep clean and updates I think it would be a great place to stay!

Easy access to the beach

Despite the weather changes our family enjoyed our stay at this location. The beach was beautiful and less than a 5 minute walk. The home was perfect for our family of four.

Labor Day Weekend 2023

This property was perfect for us! The only correction I would offer is that we were told there were 8 beach chairs, but we could only find 4. The ones supposed to be in the guest closet were not there, nor could we find the games. Maybe they were lost or damaged over time, and we did find an obviously dirty plate that had been put back in the cabinet. It was greasy...blegh. But otherwise, it was perfect for us and we had a great time!

Pretty Good

Bit cozy but nicely appreciated. Has a Pack n Play, so you don't have to bring your own baby bed or play pen. Floors were a bit dirty, but rest of unit was clean. My wife adds that the linens had eyelashes on them, and that shower heads were old and there's not enough medium size towels. Wish there had been more shampoo samples. Great location, short boardwalk trip to the beach and short drive to everything Seagrove and Seaside have to offer.

Great location

The condo was in a great location. Easy walk to the beach. It is a few minutes walk to the leased beach property or to the other area that is not considered “private property.” The condo was easy to find and access. Overall it was clean enough, but it was not thoroughly cleaned. Floors could have been swept and mopped. There was dog hair on the couch since it is a pet-friendly unit. But better vacuuming or using a lint brush may have helped. I noticed stains on the bedskirt that was sticking out from underneath the mattress. Towels and washcloths could be updated. The ones provided were well worn and scratchy. Dryer was finicky but did finally get it to dry our clothes. Hooks in the hallway were great for hanging towels. Kitchen had what we needed, AC worked well, and it’s in a nice complex with tennis courts and a pool.
