Our country house "Red Milan" is located in the beautiful Hunsrück directly on the outskirts of Irmenach. It has a living space of 125 sqm, is suitable for wheelchairs and can accommodate 6 people.
The house has a large living / dining room with fitted kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, ceramic hob with oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishes, etc ..

Our house is located on a 650 sqm of land and offers through the beautiful location a wonderful unobstructed view.
Hardly any low mountain range has as many different landscapes as the Hunsrück.

Whether vast, shady forests, wide, fragrant farmland, deeply cut brook valleys or lush meadows and pastures - the Hunsrück is characterized by diversity and individuality.

Your resort Irmenach is centrally located and yet secluded at 450m above sea level.

Remote means away from the traffic, in the midst of nature, only 200m to the edge of the forest you can spend with us a quiet, relaxed, stress-free and relaxing holiday.

Central means, you can make day trips from here, be it to Traben-Trarbach (with thermal bath, 10km), Cochem, Bernkastel-Kues, Trier, Koblenz, Luxembourg, Nürburgring.

Die Begrüßung war unkompliziert, sehr freundlich und sympathisch. Das Haus war echt perfekt. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse lässt einen gleich in den perfekten Urlaubsmodus verfallen. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und mit viel Liebe ausgestattet. Neben dem leckeren Willkommensgeschenk, ein selbstgemachtes Marmeladenglas, gestelltes Holz für den gemütlichen Kamin, fehlt es an nichts. Alles was man gebrauchen könnte ist dort vorhanden.Die Zimmer waren alle gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es war alles sehr sauber.Hervorzuheben ist auch der Brötchenservice jeden Morgen….pünktlich zum Frühstück hingen die bestellten Brötchen an der Tür. Innerhalb von wenigen Auto-Minuten findet man Supermärkte sowie die schöne Mosel. Zum Erholen und Genießen ein wunderschöner Ort. Immer wieder gerne…

Das Haus ist modern ausgestattet mit allem, was das Herz begehrt. Die Aussicht ist wundervoll, die Lage ruhig und perfekt zum Wandern. Man kann alles im Erdgeschoss mit modernen Rollläden abdunkeln. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig. Nach Trier braucht man ca. 1 Std. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.

Toller Urlaub
Wir haben mit 4 Erwachsenenund 2 Kinderm eine tolle Zeit im roten Milan verbracht. Alles was man brauchte war vorhanden. Ein wirklich tolles Ferienhaus, sehr sauber, geräumig und vor allem sehr gemütlich. Wunderbar für ausgiebige Spaziergänge und Wanderungen. In ein paar Minuten ist man im Wald. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, danke für für schöne Zeit! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Erholsame Tage in einem sehr schönen Ferienhaus
Das Haus „Roter Milan“ ist ein wunderschönes und mit viel Liebe eingerichtetes Objekt. Alle Zimmer haben eine tolle Größe. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend und es fehlt an nichts. Hier kann man wirklich ausspannen und sich gut erholen. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und die Felder und sanften Hügel, die direkt hinterm Haus beginnen, lassen den Alltag vergessen. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt.

Ruim en schoon huis met geweldig uitzicht
Een heerlijke week gehad met 6 volwassen in dit ruime en vooral schone huis. Een warm welkom met een pot heerlijke eigengemaakte jam. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en we konden de garage er extra bij huren, zodat de motoren binnen konden staan. Het uitzicht is fantastisch en verveeld nooit. Elke dag verse broodjes door de broodjesservice van de eigenaren. Een tip: in het dorp kan je heerlijk eten bij de Irmenach Hof (voor weinig geld).

Ländliche Ruhe und Weitblick
Schönes großzügiges Haus mit praktischer und schöner Einrichtung. Tolle Ausstattung und gute Zimmeraufteilung. Drei Toiletten und ein großes rollstuhlgeeignetes Bad sind die sanitäre Luxusklasse. Alles war schön sauber und wohl temperiert (Aprilurlaub mit Schnee), der Kamin kam auch zum Einsatz und verbreitete wohlige Wärme und Behaglichkeit. Alle Verbrauchsdinge waren vorhanden. Wir haben uns im "Roten Milan" sehr wohl gefühlt.

Das Haus, die Terrasse, der Ausblick, die Ruhe, der Brötchenservice, die Region - einfach alles war traumhaft. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und wir konnten uns richtig gut erholen. Frau Niedersberg hat uns freundlich empfangen und die selbst gemachte Willkommens-Marmelade war köstlich - die Buchung und Kommunikation verlief reibungslos. Rundum haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt und bedanken uns für die schöne Zeit.

Angenehmer Urlaub, tolle Sonnenuntergänge auf der Terrasse beobachtet
Das Ferienhaus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, sehr schöne Terrasse mit vielen Möbeln und auch einem Grill. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich, die Vermieter freundlich. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Die Matratzen in allen Betten sind durchgelegen.

Wir waren zu viert in diesem sehr geschmackvollen und gemütlichen Haus. Alles hat perfekt geklappt und die Vermieter waren super freundlich. Das Haus liegt perfekt am Feld und Wald in wunderschöner und absolut ruhiger Lage. Die Sauberkeit im Haus und die Ausstattung sind vorbildlich. Wir hatten den Brötchenservice bestellt und auch das hat perfekt geklappt. Vielen Dank für alles ! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder 🤗

Ein sehr schönes, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Wir haben eine schöne Woche im Hunsrück mit Besuch der Mosel dort verbracht. Besonders der tägliche Brötchen-Service ließ den Tag stressfrei beginnen.

Es hat alles gepasst. Das Haus ist wirklich schön, die Ausstattung ist klasse, alles da was man braucht, sogar Kleinigkeiten, wie Spültücher und Seife. Es waren sogar Handtücher und Bettwäsche vorhanden, die garnicht beschrieben waren. Die Lage ist gut für Ausflüge und der Blick ist einmalig. Wir haben es voll genossen und werden gerne wieder kommen.
