Please note this property requires full weekly rental required from Saturday to Saturday from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
On year-round water with a large boat dock. Located on beautiful Norris Lake with 800 miles of shoreline. Water front property. Kayaks, canoe and peddle boat. Straight access with steps to lake. Close to Sequoyha Marina by Water. On a quiet part of Norris Lake. Take Caryville exit off I-75 towards Big Creek 4.
The cottage has approximately 1600 square feet with 4 bedrooms. Sleeps 11 but accommodates 8 people comfortably. Approximately 20 steps from parking area to cottage.
Two full baths - one on each level. Central air conditioning. 10 x 30 deck upper level and patio lower level, both with beautiful lake view. Open recreation room in lower level has a ping pong table and fold out couch. Eat-in kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, disposal, and microwave. Kitchen utensils furnished (cookware, dinnerware, etc.; toaster, blender, coffee maker, spices, etc.). Trash Pick-up. Maid service included at check out. Please empty the refrigerator and remove all food and containers. Wash all pots and pans. Please fill up the dishwasher, and start prior to leaving. The cleaning service will empty the dishwasher. Please take out all the trash in provided bags.

Washer and dryer. Television. DVD. Gas Grill. Chairs and tables for decks. Concrete steps, 50 to 60, to the lake, directly to boat dock.

Large covered dock new for 2022. 50'x32' with a 22'x32' swim dock. Also, it includes jetski dock, nighttime lighting, fans in covered seating area, and ladder into lake. Great for swimming. Peddle-Boat, canoe, and 2 kayaks provided. Bring your own life vests.

Small fire pit included. Please bring your own firewood.

Starlink Wi Fi provided. Works fairly well but may stall once in a while for a few seconds. You can stream videos, but I'm not sure about gaming. E-Mail and Zoom work fairly well. Limited cell phone service, so put phones on wi-fi calling. Landline has unlimited continental service within the US. But unhook and enjoy the family!

Additional Information: This property is located on Big Creek 4, a quiet part of Norris Lake. Water all year. Steps to Lake go all the way to the dock unless there is an extreme low water level in the winter.

Please note that no partying allowed. Must be 28 to rent with responsible adults. Full weekly rental required from Saturday to Saturday from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Great Spot

We really enjoyed our time at this property. The location, dock, and overall convenience was great. The home is pretty dated, but very well-maintained. Overall, a very good experience and we would absolutely consider staying at this property again in the future.

Great Cabin. Great Location!

We love this area of Norris and this cabin had fairly easy access to the dock, great dock for hanging out and swimming (shade & sun options most of the day) and a great view from the deck. We look forward to staying here again!

We had a great time. The house was very clean and the dock was amazing. It was great having the use of the kayaks, peddle boat, and canoe. Loved the full supply of toilet paper and trash bags. Liked the extra little fridge for the drinks. The location was great. We would definitely rent this again.

Great place

Our family had a great experience at this lake house. Everything was clean, organized, and functional when we arrived. Dock is great. Water is deep so it is great for swimming (even after dropping the level of the lake after the summer). Our kids enjoyed swimming, playing with kayaks, and fishing. Beautiful view of the lake. We rented a pontoon at a nearby marina and played on the lake all day. Grill works great and fire pit was fun in the evening. Highly recommend.

26th Anniversary

We had a great time! Location was perfect, it was very clean and had everything we needed. We used the paddle boat and canoe and spent a lot of time on the dock relaxing. It was perfect, thank you!

Fantastic house with everything you need. Stayed here before and it was always wonderful, but somehow they managed to make it even better. The new dock was just the top of the list of what continues to make this one of our favorite places to stay on Norris Lake.

One sweet environment. Beautiful lake, canoe pattel and two Kiakas.

Everything you need for a great visit to Norris Lake. Besides the water crafts mentioned in the title box, there are numerous bed rooms and bathrooms. an complete kitchen, spacious lounging areas and a fire pit with plenty of logs for enjoyable evenings on the lake.

A relaxing get-away

The house was very clean and the kitchen was very well stocked. Loved the dock, the kayaks, the swing and the deck. Towels were usable but might want to think about new softer ones.

Great Place!

Wonderful place to stay and enjoy the lake. The house is plenty big for a group and has everything you would need. The covered dock is amazing and perfect for our rental pontoon boat. The week after Labor Day was quiet and peaceful. What a great get away! A standup paddle board would be a great addition if the owners have an interest in expanding their offerings. The kayaks and canoe were great fun! Thanks, would definitely stay here again!

We have been going to Norris Lake for over 25 years. The lake is great. Good for skiing, tubing, wake-boarding, etc. Take a trip daily to different marinas, each with food and gas. Play cards on the dock day or night.

Why they chose this property

Purchased the land in 1989, and started to build in 1990. Updated and well maintained. New steps in 2021 and new dock in 2022. Our kids were small and it was a great place to watch them grow up. We try to provide everything so your stay can be pleasant. Cleaning service and trash removal is included. We have upgraded the internet provider to StarLink. It works fairly well, not sure about gaming, but WiFi calling and Zoom work most of the time. WiFi password in cottage. Plan to have a fun time on the lake!
