Nightmare
They claimed the toilet in this property flooded. They make you go to their office to get the key, which is annoying. When I went to get the key it wasn't there. On our second trip to the office we meet an agent who informed us the rental was unavailable but he had something else he could put us in. The main reason we booked this room was the ocean view and it looked like a new place. The relocation unit had 2 bedrooms, no ocean view, and was older and dingy. My wife and I didn't want it, but I asked the property manager if there was a chance the unit we initially rented would be available the next day. He said maybe, so we took the 2 bedroom for the night. It was awful. The nearby bar had electronic music playing till 2am. The place didn't really seem ready to be rented, closet doors off track, broken patio furniture, dog poop all over the front lawn.We asked if the initial unit was available and got no response so we booked another unit on our own and left.I asked for a refund and was denied. In their minds, I got an upgrade to a bigger unit and should have been happy. What couple on their 12 year anniversary needs 2 bedrooms? We wanted a view, didn't get it, and were charged for a place we didn't stay. The best part is they're refusing a refund. My advice is don't deal with this unit or this API company. Im certain their response will say "Sir, we upgrade you to villa" It was like having a reservation at a Steakhouse and being upgraded to a taco bell.
