Located in a high-end residence in Saint François in the East of the island, this villa offers elegance, comfort, and private beach access.
Equipped with a pétanque court and numerous facilities, this villa will enhance your stay.
Its exceptional location offers walking distance to various restaurants and small shops.

It will take 5 minutes by car to reach numerous places like the famous international golf course, the Casino, the aerodrome for activities such as parachute jumping, dozens of white sand beaches, tourist sites including the famous Pointe des Châteaux, a very visited location on the island, its fishing port, and nautical sports spots. The ROBA surf spot is located on the residence's beach, where you can also practice underwater fishing and catch the famous lobster appreciated by all.

The Marina is very lively in the evening and offers numerous restaurants and shops day and night. There is also a well-stocked spice and fish market.
Airport: approximately 45 minutes by car depending on traffic.
