A beautiful new home in a beach community with a 5 minute walk to the beach. We are surrounded by parks and the naturalized Fish Haul Beach good for shelling, sunbathing, wading, clamming and the sunsets where you can escape and unwind. We are just down the road from the island’s airport on the north end of the island. Easy access to restaurants, bike paths, shopping etc. We wish for you many wonderful memories created with your loved ones in our beach home.

About the host
Hosted by Debbie and Jim Brookshire
We came on vacation from Ohio 15 years ago and decided to reinvent ourselves and move to HHI. Our family followed us so we have two daughters, two sons in law, three grandchildren we are blessed to share this beautiful island with. We were always interested in running a B&B so when we heard about this new beach community las year, we decided to pull the trigger and build purely for vacation rental. Over the last year, this house became a labor of love. We are new to this and are so excited to be your host!
Why they chose this property
Brand new property built for strictly vacationers and has everything I would want in a home. We even have an elevator for your convenience. Fish Haul Beach that is minutes away is the best naturalized beach on Hilton Head.
