In this family-friendly resort having everything you need for an enjoyable stay, you can enjoy days relaxing by the outdoor and indoor pool or visiting the theme park, less than 1 mile away. Head out for a relaxing walk in nature near the properties lake before a busy day exploring the local area. The property was amazing. Exactly as described if not better. Located close to attractions we wanted to visit. Rooms were more than spacious enough for us to enjoy. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was okay, you can’t check in till after 4pm and have to check out by 10am. Property was fine booked 2 units for my family but units were not close, unit 1, had 2 full bathrooms but had to be hours between showers, because hot water heater could not keep up overall okay stay not sure I’d recommend

Perfect price

We were sure that the price listed on VRBO couldn't be correct, but it was correct and it was very cheap. Our rooms were not ready when we got there but they were ready within an hour. My only complaint was that the front desk workers were not very quick to acknowledge mye while i stood and waited.

Great place near everything

Property was exactly as described. Neat, clean, and well supplied. It's not in the middle of all the action which is nice as it stayed quiet. But, the property is still close enough that you are never more than 10-15 minutes away from most all of the restaurants and activities in Branson.

Great Stay

We stayed at this property for the Eclipse- and it was 100% worth it. From the beginning the staff were very helpful, the property was clean, and they had plenty of things to to do on-site. We stayed in a 2 bedroom condo, the full kitchen and screened in porch were a wonderful addition. Would definitely stay here if we ever head this way in the future!

Quiet Place

It's a good location between the Branson strip and the Top of the Rock adventure. There are some restaurants, mountain coaster, and Spa02 near it. Three of us had massages at Spa02 and loved it, great price! Less than a mile away. Anyways, the staff was on top of things and welcoming. Draw backs: resort fee, we didn't have time to use the stuff.. didn't even check it out. So we paid to putt putt twice in town. So for us the resort fee was a waste. Not sure if all the properties have that fee or not. I couldn't give it 5 stars on clean because there was hair in the tub and a fake nail on the bathroom floor. Otherwise well mainted and overall clean. It had good price and the community was quiet. Parking was close to the units. I'd stay here again.

Gotta take the bad with the good I guess

Toilet was clogged. Heat/ac didn’t work in master bedroom. When I made the purchase on VRBO I thought I was getting 1 place that could sleep 12 instead I got two places so I had to pay twice the resort fees and security deposits. And after driving 4 hours to get there right at check in they send you to another desk to get your parking pass and you are hit with a tourist trap before you even get to your room. They try to make you sit through an open house where they make promises of free tickets to shows

Second time staying here, very disappointing

This was our second time staying here and this was a whole different experience. We were given condos that had a whole different layout and less sleeping options. Some other issues we had were shower not draining well, door missing, door hinge loose, and lots of hair all over the shower left from the prior occupants. We contacted the resort about the issues and they said they would address them while we were out all day. Unfortunately, they did not and nothing was done like they said. Disappointed.

Great place and lots of space

Our family of 5 and two families of 4 stayed in two full units. Sleeping arrangements were great for everyone. We had plenty of space and it was clean and tidy.
