Welcome to your family vacation home! Splash Resort is a unique family resort right on the beach. Your condo is at 14th floor, giving you perfect view of the ocean, dolphins and pelicans flying altitude. You will enjoy watching the beautiful white sand beach and the breathtaking sunsets from the balcony. Your condo is in the heart of Panama City Beach, only 2.5 miles from The Pier Park with all shopping, dining and entertainment you can find.
Amenities include:
- High speed internet access at common areas around the resort and wi-fi lounge area with comfortable seating
- Aqua park (partially shaded under the building)
- Lazy river
- Heated West pool
- Splash pad
- Hot tub jacuzzi
- Poolside bar
- Gym
- Poolside propane BBQ area
- Onsite mini grocery store, coffee and ice cream shop
- Covered parking (paid) for all sized vehicles/RVs/trailers
We provide beach chairs and umbrella in the unit for guest use so you don't have to rent chairs and umbrella.
NOTE: Parking: Splash HOA charges a single flat $35 fee for as many parking passes as you may need per stay. Upon arrival, please stop by the HOA desk (gift shop) in the main lobby area of the skyway bridge to purchase your parking passes and pick up your complimentary wristbands.
