Accommodation:
In a residence with elevator, the apartment is composed of two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub and double sink, a storage room and a large terrace overlooking the Capucins beaches. The apartment is equipped with an air conditioning system and each room is equipped with wall fans hung on the ceiling.

On the night side you will find two bedrooms each of them composed of two single beds 90 x 190 cm pushed together (making a double bed 180 cm) and several storage means.

At the bathroom level, you will find a large double sink, a towel dryer and a bathtub.

The living room is composed of two sofas and a television with a DVD and cassette player perfect for the little ones!

The terrace has a dining table so you can enjoy good meals with a breathtaking view of the Capucins beach.

Parking:
The apartment has a private parking space inside the residence. The residence is completely closed by a code gate and an electric gate.

Equipment:
The kitchen is fully equipped, with a good set of household appliances, you have everything you need to cook! Air conditioning in the living room.

The environment:
The Capucins beach is a pretty beach located right next to the small port of Capucins. Made of sand and gravel, the Capucins Beach has all the amenities: first aid station, toilets, playground for children.

A sandy playground has been created and nearby restaurants make it a safe and pleasant family beach to visit.

And like all the beaches of La Ciotat, it offers an astonishing landscape between the famous Bec de l'Aigle and the enchanting bay.

Sheets and bath towels:
As an optional extra and on request (20 euros for the single bed kit / 25 euros for the double bed kit and 15 euros for towels with one large and one small per person).

Housekeeping:
This is included in your reservation and a company will intervene after your departure.

Animals:
Not allowed out of respect for the neighborhood.

Deposit upon handing over the keys:
A credit card imprint will be requested upon handing over the keys. The amount is equal to one week's rental.
