Brand new (completely rebuilt in 2023, completion April 2024) 3 bedroom (including kids bunk room) and 3 bath w/ large kitchen living room and cathedral ceilings that looks out to lake views and a beautiful beach. Large deck on front that faces the water and is a great place to hang out for the day, or watch the sun set at night. Large back yard also great for yard games, grilling out and more. Gas fireplace is perfect for sitting around at night and enjoying a peaceful evening. House in on Sebago Lake’s basin, the most peaceful and best water on the lake. 5 mins to downtown Windham Maine with plenty of restaurants, bars and shopping, and 30 minutes to downtown Portland. Great location for water activities, beach time, and catching sun. When the day is over, grill to a beautiful sunset! House is in a great neighborhood off the main road, yet close to everything. A perfect summer get away only rented 12 weeks a year. Lock your week in today! .
