King Mountain Ranch is a stagecoach stop with hand-hewn logs dating back to 1880's. Amenities have been updated for comfort. Still the rustic antique log cabin takes all guests back to history.
This ranch lies on about 1000 acres of alpha alpha in the Lost River Valley. The views have made our ranch a common destination for weddings, family reunions, and business retreats. Most of the tallest peaks in Idaho majestically stand within 30 miles of King Mountain Ranch as a crow flies.
Besides that amenities in the home with two king beds, a queen and two full beds. There is also a pull out hydabed. Electric RV and water supply hookups, Tents around the pioneer home are also acceptable.
One of the most common compliments guests share is the peace and quiet that the pioneer home affords as it is in the middle of our ranch.

Very good

This was a pretty good place to stay. Was a little bit hard to find in the dark, but had some unexpected circumstances that brought us in late. Having a sign out front of the house for confirmation would help. Beautiful country location and the communications were great from the owner.
For 500.00 per night expected a bit more polished place. There were some issues with local wood bugs throughout the rental and mold and a hole in the sheetrock in the bathroom downstairs. The upstairs shower didnt work and some light switches as well.
The beds and bath had nice clean linens though. Would be a good place for large gathering and I think will get better with time. Still has the feel of a house rather than VRBO right now.
All in all a good stay
