Oceanfront 3-story townhouse. Top to bottom renovations 2023. All new kitchen and appliances, new beds and mattresses. 2 bedrooms 1 1/2 baths. Sliding glass doors lead to 4 balconies, 2 with fabulous unobstructed ocean views. Enjoy sunrise from primary bedroom and living room balcony and sunset from twin bedroom and kitchen. Living room balcony is very large and furnished with a dining table for 4 and 2 rocking chairs.

A powder room is downstairs. Enjoy a walk in shower in the main bathroom.

Epoxy floors everywhere.

King bed in primary bedroom and twins in second bedroom. All bed linens, towels and kitchen needs are supplied. Blackout curtains in bedrooms.

Free WiFi and cable. Spectrum cable and a Roku streaming stick.

Ground floor car port for two cars, with storage closet full of beach gear. Private entrance.

Perfect Home Away from Home

We cannot speak highly enough about this lovely townhouse and our hosts. Debbie and John are wonderful and their townhouse has everything we needed and then some. From the warm welcome we received and throughout our month's stay, we were more than delighted. The townhouse is beautiful, updated and well taken care of. We loved every minute of our stay and hope to be lucky enough to be back again. We have stayed in Flagler Beach multiple times and love it there. This is the best rental we have had. Thank you Debbie and John!

Ugly weather, great stay

The condo is excellent and the location is superb, dog beach across the street. The condo was immaculate, well furnished, and a well equipped kitchen that made cooking easy. Switches for lights etc have clear labels. The weather was poor, cool and strong winds for most of 21 days. However, beautiful sunrises and an often roiling ocean provided continued pleasure. Finally, Flagler Beach is relatively low key.

Relaxing!!!

Beach was wonderful to walk & relax. Not good for swimming because of rip currents, but at my age. Who cares? Had the beach to ourselves many times. Wonderful for taking the dog. Area has many pet friendly places to eat. Condo was lovely. Very nicely decorated and a quiet (except for the icean) which we wanted. Will go back again!!

Beat our biggest expectations!

John and Debbie's condo was even more beautiful in person than the pictures! We loved the newly updated look and the cheery, bright decor. The epoxy floors are gorgeous. The kitchen island was a great addition compared to the two other units in this building that our family rented which did not have an island. The kitchen is fully stocked with all types of dishes, large bowls, casserole dishes, etc. Everything is quality, not cheap and flimsy. The furniture and beds were comfortable and there was plenty of extra bedding and pillows which we didn't even need. Despite the grey, rainy weather the whole week, we had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed the condo and the pool. It was so nice to sit out on the deck and read a book while listening to the waves. We did get to see one outstanding sunrise! We can honestly say that there is nothing that we wished was better and we are seriously considering booking again for next year! Thank you, John and Debbie, for putting so much thought into your well appointed condo!

Love This Place

Our stay was amazing. My wife and I have been coming to Flagler Beach for several years now and now with the addition of our son we wanted his first experience in seeing the beach and ocean to be here. Just like his old man he loved it. The townhouse was great and our property owners were even better. Thank you all for a much needed and wonderful vacation.

Well worth it.

This was the perfect place. Just outside Flagler downtown, but 3 minute drive. Condo was well taken care of. Walk across the road and you are on the beach. Beautiful view of the beach from both front balconies. Very relaxing. Would recommend and I would definitely stay again if back in Flagler.

Another wonderful time in Flagler Beach

My family has stayed in Flagler Beach almost every summer for the past ten years, and we never grow tired of it. The townhouse is a fantastic location, being as close to being right on the beach as you can get. A quick hop across A1A, and your toes are sandy. For my family of four, the setup in the townhouse is perfect - a king bed in the master and twins in the second bedroom. This year, I was delighted to see the renovations that were done since the last stay, which included the replacement of the shower/tub with a nice walk-in shower. I found that a lot more practical and convenient. As usual, this townhouse came well-stocked with kitchen appliances, cookware, and serving ware. There is a Keurig coffee maker for those wanting a home-brewed cup (though, keep in mind there are a bunch of coffee shops within literal walking distance of the townhouse). The property has a nice pool area for those days when a trip to the beach is just too much effort. In addition to a beautiful, quiet beach, the area has easy access to fishing, bike trails (both paved and mountain-biking trails), grocery stores, and a movie theater. What you won't find in Flagler is the craziness and congestion of some other beaches. I almost hate to leave too good a review about the property, as I don't want to give away a "secret spot", but if easy-going relaxation is what you're looking for, this is the place.

Winter getaway

Very nice property and location. It is a little bit of a walk to restaurants, but hey, it’s Florida and it was winter at home, so all good! Owners were very responsive and helpful. We would use this property again.

Beachfront Chic

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Flagler. Unit was super clean and well stocked. Loved working outside on the balconies and our dog thoroughly enjoyed himself as well! Was able to enjoy some time relaxing at the pool. Owner communication was excellent and we would definitely return! Friendly neighborhood for our daily walks…enjoyed some good dining nearby as well. Definitely recommend!

Wonderful!

The Townhome was wonderful, comfortable and clean. We didn't cook much but the kitchen has everything you could need. The primary bedroom was big and the mattress was comfortable. They have both black out curtains and semi sheer curtains too. Which was great because I like to sleep in. The owner says they are going to remodel this year. I will definitely stay here again in the future. Debbie was so nice and responded quickly.

Fantastic Flagler Beach

We are a retired couple, and thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property. It was perfect for us, the location overlooking the water and beach, and the condo had everything we wanted. The layout was perfect, and the upper and lower balconies provided awesome views. The fact we could park our vehicle under the condo was a huge bonus. Close enough to the centre to take advantage of the restaurants within an easy walk, yet far enough away to enjoy a quieter setting. We enjoyed ourselves so much, and the owners are super good to deal with, we are already booked for 2024 and 2025.

We had a great stay. The townhome was clean and comfortable. The owner had everything labeled and documented to make living there an easy experience. The beach access is right across the street. The kitchen and baths were amazingly stocked with everything that you could need. Beautiful pool area. We plan to return.

Rested and recharged!

We had a wonderful week at the condo. Debbie was very quick to respond and answer any questions before and during our stay. The condo had a very well stocked kitchen and all the beach toys/chairs/umbrellas/coolers our family needed. The ocean views from the main balcony made for great sunrise and dolphin watching. We love the quietness of the neighborhood while being only a short walk from ice cream, restaurants and the slushies at the winery (yum!).

Paradise at the beach

Great place!

Besides being very well furnished, there are many small touches that mean a lot - outlets with USB, labeled light switches, full coffee service, and food storage containers (who ever thinks to bring those?). The owners have done a great job to make us feel welcome.
