Newly remodeled Studio apartment. Centrally located in the lovely and lively Hillcrest/University Heights neighborhood. Located on a quiet street. Close to grocery stores, shops, restaurants, cafe's and bars.

Spacious inside with a laundry room on site and fast wifi. Great for longer term stays for working professionals or travel nurses. Also good for weekend getaways when its available and not rented longer term

If you need anything or have any issues feel free to send me a message! I live ten minutes away.

Hillcrest is a lively neighborhood in San Diego. It is full of great restaurants, cafe's and bars. It is close to Balboa park and the Zoo. A quick 10 minutes from the airport, Little Italy, the convention center or downtown. Close to major Interstates, beaches and shopping.

Ten minutes to everything, Little Italy, Downtown, PB, North Park, Airport. This neighborhood is great for walking! It is a $5 uber to get Downtown and centrally located in San Diego.

Sunday's the farmers market is one street south! Great local goodies.
