This historic home has been enjoyed by six generations of our family, and we're so excited to share it with you. This beachfront cottage sits steps from Little Peconic Bay and boasts an incredible view--you won't find a better spot to watch the sunset. Offering private bay access with spacious waterfront patio, covered porch, deck with gas grill, and a renovated outdoor shower. While the house has been here for nearly 100 years, the full bathroom is brand new. Located in a gated community in the hamlet of Noyac, adjacent the beautiful Elizabeth Morton Wildlife Refuge, you're 5 miles from Sag Harbor and 9 miles from ocean beaches. It's the perfect setting for a serene summer getaway!

I am a public school teacher based in Brooklyn, New York; this home has been in my family for nearly 100 years. My great grandfather built it back when Sag Harbor was a whaling villge, and it has been lovingly maintained by our family ever since.
What makes this property unique
You won't find a better sunset view anywhere! The fresh bay air is so clean and refreshing, especially if you're coming from the smog of NYC or another city. On clear nights, you can see a huge number of stars as well - a true escape from "normal" life!
