5 nice size bedrooms and 2 bath home. 6 bikes to use. Newly remodeled kitchen, huge dining area with a cozy living room. Fully equipped kitchen. There is a cute bunk room with 4 bean bags to hang out. Each room has a unique style. The house is located less than 5 blocks from Main St. with restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and retail. It's all within walking distance or take one of the 6 bikes to town or to the river. Hiking and biking close by. Blue Mesa is 10 miles up the road. Crested Butte is 30 minutes up the road. If you don't want to drive, the free bus shuttle to and from Crested Butte is a few houses down. Great outdoor space that includes a gas grill. Crib in upstairs bedroom. Small travel crib for infants in the Master bedroom closet. 10 people max!

Annual family ski trip!

Great place to stay in Gunny!

We absolutely loved this place! Deceptively large home with everything you would need. They even have bicycles for use! Close to the the main strip but still quiet. The owner is super nice as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Thanksgiving in Gunnison

This property is great! It was exactly what we were looking for for our Thanksgiving get together with family! The kitchen was perfect for our cooking extravaganza, the living room was lovely and the size of the place could EASILY fit many more guests! We will be back!

Great house for a group

We were surprised at the space and wonderful layout of the house. There was plenty of room to hang out in different areas including a wonderful porch. Great communication from the owner. We loved the house and the proximity to the downtown.

Cozy and comfortable

Clean, comfortable, well equipped . . . perfect for our ski vacation to Crested Butte. Easy access to the road to the mountain and a wonderful place to relax after a day of skiing. We had everything we needed. Check in/check out process was so clear and simple. Thank you!

Great location that easily accommodated our group of 7 adults.

This location was perfect for our trip. It was located near the parks we came to visit - Black Canyon of the Gunnison and Curecanti Rec Area. The house had plenty of amenities including a coffee maker, fire pit and great outdoor space. Our host was fantastic and responsive. Thank you!!!

Perfect Place in Town

We stayed with a group of friends (all with kiddos under 5) here to attend a wedding in town and it was beyond perfect!!! Enough rooms spread out that each family had their own quiet place for nap times and large enough for all the kids to stumble around and play together :) the bikes provided were a huge plus and we were able to ride around to places in town easily because of the great location. We all loved it so much we’re going to try and make it a yearly reunion spot!

Great house in Gunnison!

We were in Gunnison for our son’s wedding. This house was a perfect location for our family and friends. Nice outdoor area, fenced in yard for our fur-babies. Bicycles to use was an added bonus! Kris was great at communications. We love the Gunnison area and hope to return!

Gunnison house

What a fantastic house! It met all of our needs and more! The owner is so helpful and easy to communicate with. The free shuttle bus to Crested Butte is just steps out the back door. We will definitely rent this house when we come again! Great for the whole family and easily slept all 10 of us! Kris was wonderful to work with!

Wonderful Home

Our family just stayed here for a wedding and the 4th of July. We were very impressed with this place. It was so clean and well equipped. We love it when a place has a lot of the basics, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, soaps, spices, etc. The only thing missing was trash bags, and we think that was probably an accident. There were games for the kids, and a nice fenced in yard for them to play. The whole family loved our stay here!!!

Convenient and Clean

It had everything we needed! Plenty of space! Super clean. We weren’t ready for the heat in Gunny this year and no AC so make sure you pack your fans in a summer stay! So close to everything and we kept in contact with the owner who was so nice and quick to be responsive. We will be back again.

Great Stay in Gunnison

Overall this is a great property for 2-3 families to share. Good location in town, within walking/biking distance from main shops & restaurants. Multiple rooms & bed configurations. Clean and cozy. Wish house had one more bathroom for the number of bedrooms it has, but that is somewhat expected from an older house. Owner/manager was great to deal with and very helpful. Overall a very good property and I'd definitely stay here again.

Gunnison gem!!

Our family stayed at the property for Homecoming/Parent’s weekend and the house and location was perfect! There was plenty of room for everyone and we enjoyed hanging out on the patio every day. The kitchen is well equipped and the host, Kris, was super responsive with communication. We were sad to leave our home away from home and we would definitely return! Thanks for everything, Kris!

Perfect!

We came with two families of four. The house was absolutely wonderful. Plenty of bedrooms for everyone and space for all things. It was super clean with all the extras. My teenage kids said they wished we could just the whole week. The location was also a plus as we were able to walk to breakfast and dinner. Thank you!

Gunnison Home away from home

This is our 2nd year renting this home! We love it so much! The home offers all the amenities we need and then some! Kitchen is well stocked for all kinds of cooking. Living room is spacious and seats all the family comfortably. Bedrooms are perfect sizes. Neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. The house is located steps from the free bus to Created Butte, so location is prime! Kris, the property manager is wonderful and so easy to communicate with. We will be back next year!

Wayne’s world💞

Our family of 5 stayed two nights in Gunnison to see my brother, Wayne who lives at Gunnison Valley Health nursing home and his daughter who lives in Gunnison. The home was perfect and accommodated us well with our family in Gunnison. There were plenty of everything we needed except no coffee. Left a cork screw for future wine drinkers as well! Why they chose this property

6 bikes to use!!! This house has a ton of character and we designed each room to feel comfortable and have personality. Everyone who stays there say it has such a "good feeling" to it. It is close to everything Gunnison has to offer. Plus, Crested Butte town and ski area is a short-free bus ride up the road (the bus stop is right by the house).

What makes this property unique

A few houses down is the free ski shuttle! Stay in Gunnison with all of our amenities and get a free bus up to Crested Butte ski area. 6 bikes to use at your leisure. Hiking and Mountain Biking close by!! River is within walking distance (about a mile). There is a small travel crib for infants (if the baby can sit up or stand this crib is too small for them) on the property and a gate.
