Quiet, private setting in Cotuit with private outside entrance. 1 bedroom with sliding hand crafted barn door, 1 queen bed in bedroom, 2 real twin mattresses in trundle bed, living/kitchenette area, Sunny, clean and sanitized Cape Cod 2 rooms 450 sq feet studio with full private bath and private, separate entrance and small kitchenette. Perfect for couples, with or without children but sleeps 3 plus. Located above our garage with a large fenced in yard for dogs and kids with grill, swing set, private balcony and off road parking area.
Our space accommodates guests who are working remotely with a desk and great wifi.
Close to many amenities, enough parking for boat or trailer.
Small 10.00 nightly fee for dogs instead of leaving them in expensive kennels.
